I've been using drops ever since it first launched in Covid and used to sell water only. I am super proud of a local Kuwaiti business that keeps growing. I literily, buy EVERYTHING from drops and I can't remember the last time I went grocery shopping at the supermarket.

Great app and service

I've been using drops for my weekly grocery for over 3 years now. I like the variety of items available and their service. The downside is it takes around 2 hours to deliver for express service.

Late delivery

The app never commit to their estimated delivery timing ! Which is so unprofessional .
As they mention ( express delivery ) e.g : arrives before 23:30 , the order was placed 9:35 .. and it’s 23:11 and the order is not here yet ! You should never mention a time that you won’t commit to !

Discount codes not applicable to many items

Price changes while the items in the cart in less than 1 hour! How is this legal. Price manipulation at best

You used to have a better promotions, but lately most items i buy are not included in the promo code not even 15%. Items such as protein bars and in bakery section. Most items are overpriced but i am willing to pay a little more for convenience. However, this app is getting greedy and i rarely use it anymore

التطبيق فكرته حلوة، لكن جودة المنتجات الغذائية غير جيدة. بعض المنتجات تاريخها قديم رغم أن تاريخه ما انتهى، يفضل تنتبهون لهذي النقطة لانها مهمة
