Great to have but one negative
The individual ap for shopping (HEB) has limited choices. You have to know brand names and pricing is never included. I still use Dumpling and it has worked for me. I use the same shopper and she is great!
App Improvement
Instead of offering a new app to download (Dumpling Pay), why not just improve this app? Seems like a lot of work for both the shopper and customers.
Works fine, could be better
I’ve been using Dumpling weekly for several years now, my personal shopper uses this app. I used 95% of the time for shopping at Publix. It does what you want it to, and is user friendly. But there’s a few things that desperately need improvement.
- It’s not up to date with products, not even close. There’s items that have been available for years that don’t show up. This is my biggest complaint.
- I wish there was a favorites list that was easy to access. It does have something, but it’s unorganized, messy and difficult to navigate.
- The text is too small, and there’s a serious lack of description. When you select a product, there’s a pop up, but it hardly gives any information. Too many times I’ve selected something and it’s the wrong size because the information either isn’t there, or the text is too small for me to read. Example- I want a 14oz can of crushed tomatoes and end up selecting a 30oz can instead.
- When adding a product not in the list (which is common because so many are missing), I constantly get double entries, it’s frustrating for the shopper.
I gave 4 stars, but realistically it should be 3.5. I wouldn’t use this app if I had a different option. But it’s the one my shopper uses so I’ll stick with it. It has real potential, but I don’t think they actively work on it. I’ve not seen any new features or improvements added in the 4+ years I’ve been using it.

Best app for grocery shopping.
I’ve got the best personal shopper that shops at all local stores and knows all my preferences. I pay in-store prices and even get to use my store loyalty card. Highly recommend!

Pete Mitchell does an outstanding job as shopper. He is the kind of person that generates repeat business.
Perfect for elderly and handicapped
I love being able to pick and choose my favorite items at my stores. My Dumpling associate does all the lifting, carrying, and driving. I greet her when she brings things in for me!

I just love MJ she makes my life much brighter I’m home bound and don’t choose to be a Walmart plus shopper any more. MJ does my shopping now and so glad I made the change! I highly recommend MJ do your shopping.

Good app
My main problem with the app is that it is extremely hard for persons with less than perfect eyesight to read. I am somewhat visually impaired and do not drive. I would imagine other folks like me would love this app and service except for that. I would love to see an upgrade for this problem. Overall a great experience.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE
If you’re tired of those other companies, just dropping groceries at your door and leaving without any consideration if you’re satisfied…..then you need to start using Angie. She goes out of her way to make sure your order is exactly right and will even go to multiple stores in order to get the items you need! She always has a huge smile on her face, and has the most joyous personality. She treats all of her customers like their family! and Angie always personally calls/text when she’s on her way here or if she has any questions about the order. I live in a retirement community and Angie personally delivers my groceries to me in my apartment on the second floor. She is just amazing and has become a true friend and I consider her as family🤗

Required sign up BEFORE seeing if nearby 👎🏻
Forcing people to sign up for an account BEFORE they can check to see if you’re even serving the area nearby is just bad. Poor planning on behalf of the developers. We should be able to look where you service WITHOUT needing to create an account 🙄 This just made it that I wasted time and now had to email you to have the account closed 😡 #Fail This is just logical but obviously over this company’s head
