Buggy - unusable
Can’t even login anymore. On latest iPhone with latest iOS. Laptop works fine though.
Update: now even their website has spyware and can’t login without disabling firewall… awful credit union that sells your data to ad trackers.
Looked at logs they are sending my data to a salesforce ad tracking server. Which is used by spyware companies like Facebook/meta, google, etc.

Grayed Out “Continue” Button Constantly
Logging in now-a-days is practically impossible. The app consistently does not register that you have typed in your username and password so the “Continue” button on the login is un-clickable. Has nothing to do with network connectivity. Really annoying.
It always errors during login
The app is great when I can actually login. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app even and it still doesn’t log me in. It just spins the loading circle when logging in and never logs in. It’s extremely frustrating. Please fix.

I had to update the app and when I did it could not let me paste my password in. Ugh!! Long complicated PW. Thought I’d have to go to the bank to deposit

I have been using this for a almost a year now and it has been a life saver for me because I was hacked by a fake account and Dupaco was right there for me and I got my money back all from having this app on my phone

Buggy

Horrible
Cannot use the check picture deposit, leave message through app and no one responds. Currently seeking new credit union to move assets to since Dupaco customer service has declined so badly.
Glitchy
This app is very glitchy. I always have trouble making my auto loan payment. Very frustrating!

Best Mobile Banking App
Of the three credit unions I have apps for, Dupaco’s is hands down the best. Not only is it incredibly user friendly, but the added security features provide so much peace of mind.
Shares data with malicious actors
Face ID login and password login no longer works on the app or website using Apple products. Turns out DNS server is flagging sites it’s using during login as malicious. Why a bank app needs to send my login data/stats to spyware/malware websites is beyond me.
This lead me to read their privacy policy which turns out to be horrible. Will not be doing business with this financial institution in the near future
