Last update made me lose all my saved information about car and payment. Should have been looked at before updating. Lost previous bills
Mismatched information everywhere - now with asubscription
*Update: privately owned company now charging a disgusting subscription model. Mismanaged information between their system and the actual parking information on street signs 90% of the time makes it 100% unusable. Not worth it. Tonnes of “service fees”.

Latest update ruined the Liquid Glass effect on the lock screen during light mode. Can’t even see the countdown it’s too white and doesn’t suit the background.

Works very well, makes it easy
I initially didn’t want to download this, and was annoyed I didn’t have an option in my area (other than never to park). I also don’t love being forced to give away my data, knowing how many breaches there seen to be across the board lately. However, I have to admit that the all makes parking much easier than the old system. No need to fumble with parking machines in the rain, the app works every time, and you can extend the time without having to go back to the car. Also, I think it refunds the unspent time if you get back to your car and cancel it before the time expires. Also love that this app works in heaps of parking spaces across Perth

The is arguably the easiest parking app ever!!
I’ve used parking apps around the world, and this is no fuss. Select your parking bay (area), set your parking time and you are away. Over run your stay… no worries… just jump into the app, and add on.

Never use this app
Won't let me register my number plate. The meter doesn't work either. Useless in Norway, and useless in Australia

The UK could learn from you. A very fair system, where you are charged for the actual time spent at the parking spot. You can easily modify your parking

App is dysfunctional
I got a new phone and tried to install the app again. First it wouldn’t recognise my licence plate as connected to my account, so I tried to create a new account. It kept getting stuck on the “I consent” page. Then I tried to reset the account, but it gives me an error message every time I try to confirm my licence plate number. This app is unusable!
