Do Not Trust Their GPS
Don’t use this app if you can avoid it. The GPS location they gave me was wrong, but I was in a hurry, so I missed it. Resulted in $100 in fines and administrative fees. Total trash.
This app is garbage
Constant sign on issues and more than half of my interactions have resulted in being told to “contact support”. Don’t waste your time.
Plates not recognised
I stuffed around for 15mins trying to get the app to recognise my plates for a new vehicle- gave up in the end and had to use the machine. It seems as though I will need to get a new phone number to use the app with a new car.

Rental Car Removal
I cannot recommend EasyPark, especially if you use rental vehicles.
I rented a car and added the license plate to my EasyPark account. After returning the vehicle to the rental company, I unfortunately forgot to remove the license plate. I later discovered that I was being charged for parking session a month after I had already returned the vehicle.
Within 5 minutes of the charges starting, I contacted EasyPark and explained that the vehicle had been returned to the rental company and was no longer in my possession. Instead of resolving the issue, I repeatedly received responses saying they understood my frustration but that their terms and conditions make me responsible because the license plate remained in my account.
While I acknowledge that I should have removed the rental vehicle from my account, I believe EasyPark could do much more to protect customers from this common situation. Rental vehicles change drivers regularly, and once a customer provides evidence that the car was returned before the parking sessions occurred, there should be a process to investigate and correct erroneous charges.
What disappointed me most was not just the charges, but the lack of any meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. Simply referring customers to the terms and conditions without considering the circumstances is poor customer service.
If EasyPark is unwilling to address situations like this or implement safeguards for rental vehicles, I cannot recommend the app. If you do use it with a rental car, make sure you remove the license plate from your account immediately after returning the vehicle.

Poor App
I really don’t know Ipswich council how they decided to use this app which does not even have basic features like stopping meter if a user leaves the premises early than the booked slot or you are forcing people to stay in there for the time booked. No paying machine only way to pay via app. I feel this is the best way to steal money from customers who visit the Ipswich council. Secondly why you need us to pay even for a public park parking. I see the parking is not even maintained charging for that is insane. Thirdly no service was offered an additional 46 cents charge. Why ripping public when nothing is offered to public. Totally waste of the app and poor app selection by council. Thanks!

Glitches, unreliable
Doesn’t sign in properly. Cant find parking codes (error). Cant register my rego. Complete failure of an app

Has to verify my phone number, get the code, code doesn’t work, new code, same as the old code, code fails, loops round and round. Can’t use it. Very tedious.
Validation failure
I’d love to use the App of only I could get through the validation step. It fails with phone and email. Very frustrating.
Unable to Log In – Invalid Verification Code.
I have been trying to use your app, but I can’t log in. No matter whether I enter the verification code sent by SMS or by email, it always says “Invalid code.” I’ve tried multiple times and the issue still persists
American in Switzerland
This app made public parking in a foreign country so easy! The interface was very intuitive for someone who’s never used a parking app before. EasyPark was accepted everywhere we parked in Switzerland.
scam subscription service
I signed up to Park in Italy for two days and after eight months, they’ve been charging me every month for a subscription
Decieving charging methods and customer care
I couldn’t cancel my subscription because I didn’t have access to my secondary phone number and customer care wouldn’t help.
