Worst food delivery app
While ordering food it shows delivery time of 25-30 mins, and after 25-30 mins it still shows delivery time of 15-20 mins 😂😂😂
Also, the restaurant is hardly 100m from my house still they take around an hour to deliver 😂

They got 0 customer support worst service it showed on the app the order will take about 20 min and it came in 1.5 hours and when I issued the complaint it was just ai response worst experience ever

Worst food delivery service
Ordered food via the app , which promised delivery in 13-20 minutes . It’s been over 50 minutes now and the food still hasn’t arrived . There is no customer service to contact . This is the worst food delivery app I ever used .
Disgusting
Quality of food has really gone down. Pizza is filled with mayo instead of cheese now. Will never order from here again and will recommend others don’t as well.

I have ordered food and since 30 min its showing that my food will be delivered in 4 minutes for help the only thing that they are saying is that rider had been assigned however no details if rider has been provided poor working

From the time I have started using this Eatclub food delivery app, I honestly don’t check or buy from anywhere else. Great food, good chefs in backend
App is good to offer wide variety of food option for delivery. There is one thing I’d like to mention about the credits transfer directly from the pocket of chefs if the food isn’t satisfactory. Its good to keep food quality on top but it should be constructive. One day I ordered a lean crust pizza which was faar better then average pizza quality but they still provided me with 100 because it was not properly grilled to the level they do usually. That too I gave 4 stars.
Second thing, let me tell you how they use to make good pizzas earlier. They used to put enough cheese to make bread juicier and puffed when grilled and preserved flavours of toppings well. Now users started complaining that there is not enough cheese and started rating low (except me I loved that). Are pay extra ₹50 if you want more. Now to avoid cuts from reviews, chefs are mostly over-cheesing pizza and makes bread filled too much and packed from above as thick layer of high cheese, which locks heat to reached inside to grill it and to make that bread puffed require 15-20 mins. And that Pizza is just garlic bread with cheese killing toppings flavours significantly. Would appreciate eatclub if they can find a balanced between 100 users who wants garlic bread dipped with cheese or legit pizza they used to make once with only adequate cheese and right 8-10 min grilling.

Believe me when I say this, this is the bestest delivery app and service available currently. Eatclub has always been my go to App whenever I am hungry as hell and I know I will get to eat freshly prepared meal. I mean I dont understand their strategy but every time I have ordered, I have got a meal as hot as homely prepared food. Plus they deliver so quick!!!! I ordered today and got it prepared plus delivered just in 13 minutes. I would also like to highlight their pricing. Wow! I haven’t seen any delivery service giving fixed discounts on every order plus eat club provides random quiz to win coupon prices to redeem. I have their membership also which is super cheap and affordable. God bless, keep growing and never please never compromise on your freshness and prices. These two factors will keep you going and becoming the best in market.
