I still didnt recieve my refund for an UNDELIVERED order taht was placed one year ago!!! There is no one to chat with on the app live chat and no other contacts given for the customer care. !

They closed the order as delivered but it wasnt!!! And my card was debited!!! And their live chat doesnt work !!! And there is no other way to contact the company!!!! Is this a hoax company???

Does not deliver on their promise

Delivery is more than the promised 60mins late. Live chat is not working!! I have no option to cancel the order

Terrible app

This app is terrible. I’ve used it half a dozen times, over half now they’ve cancelled the orders 10 minutes later. So the restaurant accepts the order, they take the money from your bank, then 10 minutes later call to say there’s no delivery guys. Surely they should know that before they accept your order? But then it takes weeks to get your money back! Disgusting app, avoid.
