No customer care at all I ordered food it takes 2 hours and still they don’t deliver when I chat with customer service they took 1 hour to reply pathetic app please don’t waist your time rather choose different apps
Worst App, they purposely cancel your order
Worst experience. They purposely cancel your order if you apply discount and then do not refund your money. Wasted hours on live chat but they have robots that are brainless who don’t want to help you

I still didnt recieve my refund for an UNDELIVERED order taht was placed one year ago!!! There is no one to chat with on the app live chat and no other contacts given for the customer care. !

Delivery is more than the promised 60mins late. Live chat is not working!! I have no option to cancel the order

This app is useless you just order, pay the money and nothing will happen after that and they don’t have cash on delivery option so you pay and hope they will deliver, worst experience ever. There are far better legitimate apps available in the UAE

I ordered food from this app and got canceled after waiting 30 minutes and no i got no response from the phone number and the WhatsApp chat only after 4 hours i got my refund its really disappointing that you didn’t offer a compensation

This app is more of a trap! First order placed, delayed as hell!! Customer service on chat takes sweet time to get back. Very poor chat support, a complaint is raised and its been 5 hours nothing happened.

We love EatEasy! We use it all the time for our restaurant choices. It has amazing discounts, which is a huge help for us who are always on a budget.
Poor service
I had ordered twice so far. And both the times the Customer Care guy reached out to tell me that the restaurant is either closed or has rejected the order. First they charge you. And then take about five working days to return your money. I will never recommend this app to anyone who likes to have their food delivered on time and enjoy.

Very bad and unprofessional service
This application always deducting payments from our card. It’s been more than 2 months i raised one complaint for refund and nothing happened as of now. Totally disappointed.
No proper delivery information from app
When we placed order there is no time period they will give. Even if we asked customer service we need to call the restaurant and check. I don’t think this is proper delivery app. It’s kind of some fraud

My order was taken at 7:30 pm and it’s Frist order 50% after 4 hours I got my order and very interesting thing is careem is doing there deliveries please don’t use these kind of apps .EATSEASY please improve and give good customer service because it’s foodstuffs
Terrible app
This app is terrible. I’ve used it half a dozen times, over half now they’ve cancelled the orders 10 minutes later. So the restaurant accepts the order, they take the money from your bank, then 10 minutes later call to say there’s no delivery guys. Surely they should know that before they accept your order? But then it takes weeks to get your money back! Disgusting app, avoid.
