I still didnt recieve my refund for an UNDELIVERED order taht was placed one year ago!!! There is no one to chat with on the app live chat and no other contacts given for the customer care. !

Does not deliver on their promise
Delivery is more than the promised 60mins late. Live chat is not working!! I have no option to cancel the order
Terrible app
This app is terrible. I’ve used it half a dozen times, over half now they’ve cancelled the orders 10 minutes later. So the restaurant accepts the order, they take the money from your bank, then 10 minutes later call to say there’s no delivery guys. Surely they should know that before they accept your order? But then it takes weeks to get your money back! Disgusting app, avoid.

Delivery order for today
My order was not delivered after I made online payment. It was cancelled and nobody picked up the phone or got back. Hope you will refund my money.
Almost 3 hours to deliver food. Customer service no help
Ordered food on app, it said it would take 50mins.
Almost 3 hours later, Talking to restaurant and eat easy customer service, food finally arrived.
Eat easy wouldn’t cancel despite restaurant saying the delivery was too far at 55km. They charged me full price plus delivery. But eat easy could only give apologies, and kept asking me to ring restaurant.
I was ringing restaurant (Biryanis and more). and chatting with eat easy. The support provided by eat east had no value. Was better if I had rang restaurant directly before ordering food to check whether they can deliver to my location.
Restaurant (Biryani’s and more) was more helpful than eat easy app.
The in app customer service couldn’t even automatically check my last order, instead I had to tell them a long order number.
All in all worst app I’ve ever used. Gives false info on delivery times and customer service just offers apologies- doesn’t fix issues for customers.
A family with kids waiting 3 hours for an order? Lesson learnt for me, whether family are tired or not, never use this app! Instead contact restaurant directly or just go out!

Discount is wrong
Says that you get 50% discount but is capped at giving you only 15aed off. So for the true 50% you can only spend 30Aed. You cant tip the drivers either so make sure you always have cash for the drivers if youre buying from here

Restaurants reject/cancel deliveries
Apparently the app doesn’t limit user options to restaurants that will actually deliver to your area of residence. Multiple times I have had restaurants reject my order because they don’t want to drive 20 minutes to my apartment. Well then, you’re not really offering delivery service and shouldn’t list your restaurant on an app and the app shouldn’t let these restaurants list on their platform either. 20 minutes isn’t that far. Ridiculous. Then, it takes 2-3 business days to get your money back after the restaurant rejects your order. Awesome.

I Called in customer service to deal with restaurant that I order for launch. Customer support did not assist me instead ask restaurant to me. I already talked to restaurant and they asked me to call eateasily. Such a mess. Order main course apparently it doesn’t come with rice or bread. Which is ok only if it was mention on website. So then people can place side order. Rauchi and Eat Easily such a shame on you guys

UX is really poor, credit card payment doesn't work. And reward point system is crazily illogical. No customer service.

Amazing App! Easy to use with lot of options around Dubai. Cashback option is another reason to love this app.
Poor service
Took 1:30 hours to get an order delivered. Tried online chat but very little help. A lot of competition out there so I most likely will go with another app.
