Bad experience

Taking too long to deliver the order literally waiting for 2 long hours for just a burger there is no option for quick delivery also contact support is not well accountable

bad food quality

I have used eatsure for three years and from past few times it has disappointed me so much, as college student i have limited budget and at first it was great app with great discounts but past few experiences were awful
from past two times ive ordered wendys and burgers were extremely cold as if they were never heated, this time i raised a complain as it was the only meal i was ever having and it deeply upset me, how does food so cold (buns cold cheese still same as refrigerated, cabbage tomatoes everything cold even tho food was delivered around 15 minutes no away it could get cold anyways i wasnt expecting scorching hot food i just wanted decent heated food for my money's worth)
i talked to Shwenali this time and she was quite helpful to offer replacement and understood the whole situation
but the order I got was again cold, im writing this review just cause Shwenali was extremely cooperative and ill be deleting the app.

Worst Service ever

Very first time i ordered something on lunch break, At 2:19pm and the delivery guy or customer service so idiot and worst i have ever seen. The delivery guy not picking up call and not moving from the location after taking order from restaurant. And customer service agent tells me to cancel the order which i didn’t cause i wanted to see how far these app can go. Currently i am writing this at 5:15pm now the guy calls and giving excuse that he just took the order from restaurant but he telling the lie cause on app its showing he already took it when i ordered. These guy are doing on purpose so customer can cancel the order and they can have the free food. I was so hungry at that time and this app and its service waste my time. Because of this i have to go outside to eat the food. Worst experience ever, i have proofs of every time and chats of this experience whoever wants to see can see it. Never going to use this app again ever. Don’t buy anything from here specially on prepaid orders.

Its a fraud app

This is a fraud app, do not trust it. Today I ordered 2 cakes from it but when my order came there was only one cake in it. When I talked to customer care they replied. They told me that we will refund you but when I called again after 1 hour, a customer care person named Alan picked up the phone and told me that there will be no refund. I explained to him in many ways but he did not listen to me and just kept on saying his own thing. Such a useless service, I have not faced this types of service never before and you will not get any help from the customer care end, on the contrary they started telling me that you are lying and they do the same thing in a day. They show some quantity at the time of order and send other quantity to you and their customer care service is very useless, no one listens to you, so please do not use this app

APP ACTIVITY

My review is purely based on how this application is build. Ofcourse the offers and food is amazing i would not lie. But the main issue is with the application itself. It crashes so many times, it lags way too much and doesn’t open sometimes.

The Support -
The have got the worse support option compared to any other food delivery option, the AI chat bot is literally not working, even if the order is cancelled the bot still says your order is preparing and will reach soon. And whatever to tell me or ask it is going to reply the same every time. There is no option to have a word with an actual person, if they cancel your order there is no reason for that as well and no support after that.

Live order updates -
The live tracking of order is not working at all, it’s better if don’t even share it, the time shows 1 minute, while the delivery executive is still at the restaurant. Also the notifications you get that your order is abour to reach, good news! Your order is here are not even based on real time tracking, i got those notifications when the food was being prepared. Not sure how the automations are working or are they even working??

I would say they really need to work on the application part, because that is the first customer experience before customer even gets the food.

worst customer support

First my order got delayed by 20 mins and at that time i ordered it to my office. I ordered it at 6:05 pm and it showed that it's arrive in 35 mins and i thought it's great cuz at 7pm i had to leave the office. But at 6:30 it showed the the food got delayed buy 5 mins i didn't mind that by in every 2 mins it was increasing the time by 5 mins and when i went to help they were not helping me not the bot but also the person they just telling me the time it was showing. Later at 7:05pm delivery guy came i took it and opened the food and show that the piri piri mix was missing and fries were cold and tender were 1/3 of the size. I went to support and asked for help the told me that they would send a replacement for it but by the time they agreed my food got cold and it was not eatable. I told them to refund me as i left the office so they took 45 mins to check if they can refund me or not and that also just the half amout of tenders. Horrible experience. I won't be ordering from here, ik the app amd food is good by customer service is so bad that I can't trust them again.

Worst experience for multiple times! Do not order or download

I had a very bad experience with eatsure they always troubles me alot as i am a foodiee i always order food i seen there ad and ordered from them, i always preffer prepaid orders but they always accepts my order takes my money and they even assign the riders for order then they cancels it the money goes for refund for 2-3 days it gets stuck and the obvious reason they have is kitchen was not active how in the world your kitchen is not active even at 4pm in the evening ….. really frustrated and the support only gives empathy nothing else even for my first order i got compensated but again the same issue and this time no good response first always have to talk to there stupid AI chatbot to connect to a live person !!! Just not happy and completely frustrated deleting your app now !!!

The UI really needs to be worked on!

The UX is minimal but isn’t enough or missing some quality of life features.

Good deals but poor customer support

I ordered a meal, 2 chicken burgers and wings, they sent different burgers and strips. I complained but every time same message appeared item is not visible and make sure image is of food not packaging. The image was with the food it’s just bot every time and they do nothing to resolve it. This was my second order from this app.

I live in Ranchi, today I’m at Gurugram ordered food from your app, But didn’t received proper item. Chicken mutton was missing, there was just less portion of chicken & mutton available.

I’m not satisfied with the service!

So so late, delivery, first service, very worst service and it takes so much time to deliver an order and the order keeps on increasing timing is the delivery and that is very annoying so please do not install this app it’s very inappropriate and seriously they provide the worst service!!!
