You don’t know how good you got it
You say version 3.9 is lousy? Just try version 4. It is HORRIBLE. It is HORRENDOUS. This version is a dream compared to the train wreck that is v4. Trust me, you got it good if your practice uses 3.9. Tell your IT people not to give in to the folly of the upgrade! It is the emperor’s new clothes. It will increase the complexity of documentation beyond belief. Expect to reset your work/life balance expectations if you upgrade.

Absolute garbage
Doubles or triples the number of steps you need to go through to perform the same operations under the old system. Still faster than a sloth.
Poor imitation of Windows based design
The web app is festooned with bugs, but one becomes accustomed. The IOS version is even more awkward and does not emulate the web version well at all. If the app is intended to be a user friendly web emulator it is a huge miss.

Every time there’s an update, there are more problems. They can’t seem to get their act together with proper updates.
