Ever since I changed my phone, the app has stopped working on it. I went to the bank to reset it, but nothing was done. Sent emails, messaged on X, chatted with Rakifi. I keep getting the same programmed answers that I should download 5.0 but the only available one on the App Store is 4.6. How can I not be able to transfer money on the app because of the note/hashtags option that is not working?

Can’t Access Without Visiting Bank Physically
Imagine having to visit a bank branch everytime you change your device just to be able to login your device ? One of the most nonsense policies ever! What if if you’re somewhere remote with no branch nearby ? Big 2026 with this nonsense !! 🗑️

So you guys are there and haven’t noticed that creating bank account with this app is really cumbersome like when trying to document your identity (taking a selfie)
Transaction complaint.
Whenever I go to help to add a complaint on a transaction. They ask for transaction reference. It’s an 18 character reference code. When I go back to copy and paste it, I lose my session and have to start over.

Ive gone to the bank to change owner of account from my mom’s name to my name and I’ve done it several times but the name still refuses to change on the bank App and secondly I reinstalled the bank app on my phone and I’ve been Trying to login the app with my number and pin but it keeps saying chat with Rakiti or whatever and now I can’t login into my app without my debit card and I don’t have that anymore, I sent a mail I was told to use a selfie onboarding but it’s not showing that, it’s just showing put number and pin but it’s not logging me in

Resetting ordinary pin on the app is a huge problem till now no solution from customer care and app keeps saying try again later

Inutilisable depuis plusieurs mois, signaler à la banque mais aucune solution alors que je suis prélevée chaque mois doublement pour avoir normalement accès à mes 2 comptes. Banque à fuir car le service client est foncièrement inefficace.

Wrong version in App Store
To be honest, previously the app hasn’t been too bad and did what it said on the tin. I recently changed my phone however and now can’t get the app to work. Ecobank have been good in corresponding with me but say I need to download the latest version of the app which is supposed to be version 5.0, however the version in the Apple App Store is version 4.5.1. Please, please update the app version in the App Store to make it usable. Thanks.
