App randomly closes
Everytime I put my registration key it just closes the app so i have no way of getting in my place
Crashes Constantly
The app removes my home gate randomly. Whenever I try to add the code back to the app, anywhere I tap on the screen crashes the app.
Actually Stupid—Never Works
I hate this app so much but I have to use it because of the apartment complex I live in. It NEVER works the first time, the swipe feature is so impractical. It feels like you’re playing a mobile game because you have to do it at the perfect speed or else it won’t open. I don’t understand why I can’t just push a button or why the app doesn’t have ANY other type of function to open the gate. So frustrating.

Strange Opening
When I drive by my apartments the gate opens but when I drive up to the box I have to open the app and slide the bar to open. Sometimes it won’t open. I don’t know why they chose this company
Poor button location
Have you used this while driving to open a gate???? Probably not because WHY would you place the button slide to open the gate so far up on the phone screen that you have to use two hands!!!!??? Move the button down on the screen so you can hold the phone in one hand and slide the button! So inconvenient where it’s located now.
