App randomly closes
Everytime I put my registration key it just closes the app so i have no way of getting in my place
Crashes Constantly
The app removes my home gate randomly. Whenever I try to add the code back to the app, anywhere I tap on the screen crashes the app.
Actually Stupid—Never Works
I hate this app so much but I have to use it because of the apartment complex I live in. It NEVER works the first time, the swipe feature is so impractical. It feels like you’re playing a mobile game because you have to do it at the perfect speed or else it won’t open. I don’t understand why I can’t just push a button or why the app doesn’t have ANY other type of function to open the gate. So frustrating.

Strange Opening
When I drive by my apartments the gate opens but when I drive up to the box I have to open the app and slide the bar to open. Sometimes it won’t open. I don’t know why they chose this company
Poor button location
Have you used this while driving to open a gate???? Probably not because WHY would you place the button slide to open the gate so far up on the phone screen that you have to use two hands!!!!??? Move the button down on the screen so you can hold the phone in one hand and slide the button! So inconvenient where it’s located now.

Still waiting for my gate to open
This app is horrible!!!! Rarely works so my neighbors just drive through (and damage) our gates. Total piece of garbage.
Terrible Ap, crashes
1st, had to get VERY CLOSE for Ap to be detected. Then, quit working altogether. Advised to remove Ap and re-install. Now, when I program it with my gate code and hit ‘enter’, the Ap just crashes and closes. Very frustrating.
So Outdated
The app feels clunky. It doesn’t sense when you’re close to the gate like it says. You have to open the app and swipe to open the gate. I’d rather punch in the code at this point. This app is so outdated it doesn’t even fit the new iPhone screen sizes… what in the spirit airlines was my HOA thinking?

Gate
There is always a problem trying to enter the property. Gate will not open automatically once again and key pad not working. Had to call maintenance and wait to get into my apartment. This is and issue especially when you have groceries that need to put away inside the refrigerator. This system is very bad.

Not a fan
Our apartment recently switched to using this app for the gates and it has been nothing but a headache. I’ve yet to be able to let myself in (after verifying everything is correct) and constantly have to dial my own directory code to let myself in. The slide functionality on this app has never worked for my roommate or myself.

Not working
Have been using this app for a while now. All of a sudden I’m stuck outside my complex unable to open the gate because this app won’t allow me to slide to unlock!! Really annoying. Please fix
Apartment gate
My apartment uses this app for our gate I like how it opens when I just pull up but I do not like how we can only use one device . I have a sister and boyfriend they can’t even get in cause of this .
Super convenient
Lots of bad reviews on here for various reasons. I was initially concerned when my apartment said they use this… But, best entry method ever!! Gate opens automatically when I drive up. I don’t have to roll down a window or even press a button. Love it!

Not happy with this app
My HOA made the executive decision to migrate to this Bluetooth based gate opening system without consulting the residents. Well besides being glitchy and occasionally just not working at all, the app deleted my gate info and I was unable to access my own neighborhood on a Saturday morning. Tried to contact Elika for support to resolve this but guess what? No after hours or weekend tech support to be had. Tried deleting and re downloading the app to use my previous product registration info but the app was not even available in the App Store and completely missing from my ‘previous purchase history’!!! When I heard from Elika early the next week finally I learned their engineers were working on it and that the app should be back in the store ‘soon’ for download.
Very displeased with both this company and my HOA for utilizing their product. If we were going to use something like this then it should have the capability to use the app to open my front gate from anywhere in the country, not just 2.5 feet from the physical kiosk.

App Is Horrible
I hate this app. It works, until it doesn't. It randomly decides when it wants to delete the key to my neighborhood. I hate it.

App stopped working at all. Came here to find all bad reviews. When it used to work it was not automatically and had to pull my phone to slide the bar to be able to open the gate

The app worked perfectly two weeks ago now it says I’m not nearby when I’m in front of the gate

Can the app be made available so I can open the gate with my Apple Watch?
Not convenient
Oor community changed our Gate recently and now we have to use this. We switched from a traditional clicker that we could program into our cars. Now we can’t do that. Having to open our cell phone, open the app and then slide a finger in in the app in this day and age is crazy. This thing should sense when we’re near an open the gate automatically. Hate it!
