This app is total trash. Whether it is an inability to log on, or just insanely log on times I don’t understand how in today’s developers can’t make an app that does the basics. I’m completely shocked at the general high reviews.

Very Sophisticated
Easy to Navigate, colorful graphs, multiple ways to review information, very informative
Login Issues
For the last several weeks everyone I log in I’ve been forced to reset my password because there’s a login issue. It is not throwing me a code. And after the fifth time I’m not interested in resetting my password AGAIN so this is how I’m submitting an app issue. I am logging in with the right password I click login and it goes straight to the reset password flow. I have not once successfully logged in without going through this for at least a couple weeks.

Buggy, low budget, and difficult to use
It looks like it was designed by a boomer trying to get some quick money - not easy to use. The architecture was not thought out well - you need to use Claude code and redesign it. For example, when I input a beneficiary and needed to add an address, the state field stays empty, even if I select my state from the list. And you’ve deactivated the “submit” button based on the state field being empty - you should’ve tested this function. So because I can’t input a state, I can never add an address to the beneficiary! Very annoying

If you set a transaction to automatically change to something else and you did it even once accidentally, you're forever screwed. There is no way to fix it. Completely break your experience by fat fingering the wrong button. The fact that the devs have not thought out this scenario shows a true lack of foresight and turns an otherwise useful tool into a tedious task of data cleanup and custodial duties.

Bloated and too many updates
No reason to be 422mb, and despite the size it seems forced updates are required weekly. So annoying.
App crashed every time
It used to work fine but in multiple recent updates it just crashes trying to load everything after login.

Hey guys, I’ve used your app for years and it’s pretty much awesome! But, your iPhone widget quit updating with data from the app a couple months ago. Need to take a look at that one! I’ve reloaded the widget many times without improvement. Thx.
Broken since the last several revs
This is a great app but several revisions ago my Touch ID on my iPad was broken. I thought this would be fixed with the last update but was disappointed to see that it's still broken. I don't have this problem with my iPhone which has face recognition . Could you please fix this?
Authentication loops
Garbage setup. Every account I try to add either ends in an error or loops me in an endless authentication process. I’m talking fidelity and Schwab accounts.
New app won’t authentcate
Completely unusable as 2FA never actually comes through, and I can’t log in anymore.
The most horrible app ever
Once I log on after 5 tries, the app freezes. I can't do anything in there. On top of that, it freezes my whole phone. I'm taking my money to another platform this week because this is maddening.
Utterly useless
I cannot phantom how difficult this app is to use. As a result it is completely useless for its intended purposes. I get caught in password recovery loops every couple of days. Even when you type in your password correctly it prompts you to change it, and when you change it and log in you’re prompted to change it again. It is also extremely difficult to connect any of your credit cards or accounts to this app. Do not waste your time pay a few bucks a month and use something that works.

Terrible app
Doesn’t load anything. Have to log in on a desktop to do anything. Why does it have such good reviews? Couldn’t tell ya.
Authentication had declined 🤬
This app used to be amazing but now I am considering moving to a different platform because I have to attempt to log in 3-5 times before it fully authenticates and allows any functionality. Shouldn’t have to log in and out 5 times to access all functions.
Dislike intensely
Forced to use this by employer. Dividends have not been added, customer support hard to get answers from, fees are high. If you’re gonna pay fees get a better broker
