I rate this review one star. First, the reviewer is just incorrect: the core functionality of this app is and always will be free. As a developer I’m here partly for income but mostly as a service to help people. And this app has helped many people with serious conditions. Second, the reviewer fails to mention any specifics, and the review is pretty superficial. I would move on to another review.

Only accurate 40% of the time

This app was recommended to me by a friend. So I have given it a try for about eight months. It is incredibly inaccurate. It says I have an energy level of 10 well I was admitted to the hospital with severe low potassium. And it has happened multiple times where I am just completely exhausted and it says that my energy level is 7, 8 or 9, but on the other side of that, it will say my energy level is 1.9 and I’m feeling fantastic and I was active all day with no issues.

Good for MEcfs pacing but could easily be better

I’ve been using this app for a few years and it definitely helps me manage my energy. However, I find that because it doesn’t update your energy rating on a consistent basis so for hours you may be looking at your morning rating. It would be really helpful if the app updated once an hour or once every two hours and/or you were able to press a button for in time status. It’s not as helpful as it really could be.

Thanks for your review. You should be getting energy readings every 15 minutes on the widgets and more frequently than that in the app. Get in touch via support so I can see what’s going on.

Refreshing

When I first heard about this app I thought it was a gimmick. Once I started using it and downloaded it to my Apple Watch, I was like man, what a relief making am reminding me it’s okay to take a break when your energy levels are low. Along with another health related app on my Apple Watch, known as StressWatch, I truly have a coach that can tell me and remind me to rest when I really need to!!!

Change PR to chronic illness

I was looking to track barometric for energy level for a chronic illness to help with pacing using my Apple Watch. Let me say, I love this app. It has been super helpful in pacing myself good or bad days. It is nice to print charts for my Dr and email them to her also. I do have a suggestion….. change your marketing to include bigger for chronic illness. It will a very helpful tool.
