I use the App quite a bit. When walking around my neighborhood unfortunately I see illegal dumping. I open the app select. new request take a picture which gives a general GPS in comments I try to provide a more exact address and include some kind of landmark in the picture. Street department is dispatched and picks it up.

Main library
I thought I would stop by and check the new library today and also have a look at the rest of the facility. However there seemed to be nowhere to park in the lot or on the street. Hopefully the city can get a refund from the developer or planner for having such non-foresight! Or perhaps I just didn’t look far enough! Someone who might check out books probably doesn’t want to walk too far carrying them. Perhaps I’m ranting but I feel better now.

Shopping carts
Do you have any apps for reporting shopping carts on streets or sidewalks?
Pointless.
SSF app doesn’t allow comments and they don’t fix issues. They simply “close” the ticket with no follow up or in the case of police dept they will send a message saying they don’t monitor this so just call them instead. Why bother offering a service that is unavailable? What a joke
