Is a better name for this app considering its performance

Major Improvements

The app has made some great improvements over past year. Performance is faster, new functionality like being able to see when your coworkers are coming into the office and where they will sit, and better UX.

Unstable and unreliable

The app is unstable and unreliable. Currently the app front end appears to be working, but my bookings are missing and unable to make future bookings. Soooo flaky.

Awful user interface

Forced to use this for company returning to work. The user interface is awful on a computer, phone, and iPad. Information displayed is not helpful, and helpful information is not displayed. The workflow to book a desk is buggy and inconsistent, and does things like show that you cannot overwrite a current booking for X date, when also saying that you do not have a reservation for that date.
