Horrible
This is a horrible app. Can’t save documents or print HOA documents from app.
Access
The app is inconvenient to access, does not retain user name and every time requires to type in PW, big nuisance! I tried to set up face recognition, didn’t work, cannot find guidance to improve experience.
Absolute waste of time
This is one of the most useless apps I’ve ever downloaded. Even the More Cowbell app is more useful, because it actually does something.
Unresponsive app
The app is extremely slow and most links don’t work. In order to pay the HOA dues, you’ll go thru the app, hope it loads after login which takes forever then to pay it opens an external browser -_- what’s the point of the app?

Worse than 1 Star
This app is near useless!
No FaceID to login and when you click on just about any menu item it opens it in your browser. So what’s the point of the app? 🤦🏼♂️
No Apple Pay option in payments… so with how poor and backwards the app and website are; why would I trust them w my credit card info?

App doesn’t stay open
The app is basically worthless because you have to login every single time you go to it. This is why we get apps so we don’t have to login every time. I’ll just use my computer. I’m also signed up for immediate notifications. Well, how can I get those when the app Closes down. And I don’t have an easy password! Which is necessary, of course!

Apple IOS Mobile Devices
This App does not allow IOS devices to email or print PDF files. It is programmed as a Progressive Web App and works with Web Browsers or Android devices, but you can forget about using it with an Apple device.
This is a really dumb app
This app is very poorly designed, dumb user interface, and not working. Can’t make a HOA payment. Can’t log in many times. Missing units in the community. Strongly recommend to avoid this app. Done by a group of very dumb people.
Disappointing
Customer service/support is severely lacking, and even the most basic of technical capabilities appear nonexistent….if your profile info is loaded incorrectly, that’s it, they appear incapable of correcting even the simplest of things….
Payments don’t work
The first time I used it for payments, it did not work. I submitted a support ticket and they did not respond. I called support and was on hold for 20 minutes before being told to leave a message. USELESS
Pretty clunky
Does not support logging in via Face/Touch-ID. After each approved invoice user must start over from the Home Screen. The ability to simply go to the next invoice needing approval would be great.
Works for me
This is the first app I’ve had to keep up with my condo association. It has been a giant improvement over what we had before. I can easily find documents and announcements that I want. My one complaint would be that I cannot print or share documents from my phone but instead must go on my laptop.

There should be links for items referencing motions, charters and contracts.
can’t submit payment
For the past week, it doesn’t allow to make a payment which results in delays and possible late fees. When submitting payment, UI throws alert “Failed to make Enumerate payment”. This core functionality requires a hot fix
HOA President
I think if Enumerate is going to use a 3rd part development company to build their mobile application that they would be concerned about the fact that their app is getting very poor reviews.
At minimum there should be an expectation that the 3rd party company respond to all of the review posts. Especially the critical ones. It concerns me as an HOA President that we are asking our residents to download an app that is getting very poor reviews and heir doesn’t appear to be an attempt to correct this.

Can’t even register
I’ve read some of the reviews and they don’t surprise me. I can’t even register on here. After I fill out everything I need in order to register it then says. We’ll get back to you. As if they need to review things. I’m seriously thinking of deleting this waste of time app.
Disgraceful
App is complete garbage and barely ever does anything it is supposed to. It’s obvious that my HOA tried to go with the lowest bidder and the residents have to deal with the consequences of that. Shameful that the HOA would send people here.
