Doesn’t work

I pulled up to one of their chargers, scanned the code to download the app to use it, once it downloaded it said my app was out of date and needed an update. When I selected the option to update the app, it took me to the AppStore page for this app, but there was no update. Made it literally impossible to use. Yikes

Doesn’t work

Doesn’t work and crashes without fail

MIA app wouldn’t open station

Off line , clunky setup

App out of date

Keeps saying my app is out of date with no option to update it in the app store. It also doesn’t charge my car fully and it’ll tell me that it’s overcharged and it’s very frustrating. And if it doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi properly then the app kicks you out.

App is genuinely terrible

Not only are the actual chargers poorly designed and the cords are all over the place. The app is broken and currently telling me to update it when theres no update deeming it unusable. We really scanning QR codes in 2025 when we got NFC? Where was this development offshored to seriously.
