App is to use
The app is easy to use but the site where the chargers are isn’t the best for WiFi when setting up. 4 of chargers not working so needed to check prior which we’re working. People

Too many clicks
They changed all of the chargers in my office parking lot to this provider. I used to just have to click once for payment. Now I have to click so many times and make selections. It doesn’t sound like a big deal and it truly is a first world problem BUT they are missing out on revenue because sometimes if I don’t make all the right selections before the app times out I will be parked all day without realizing the charger was never activated. Also the $50 deposit is egregious so stupid.

Charging from home
Great app - was fairly easy to set up at home - had it about 4 months ago and no major issues it’s lost connection only once but was easy to reconnect ,so far so good

Tiguan eHybrid
Tiguan can be a bit temperamental when connecting to a previously unused source but after a bit of plugging and unplugging of both ends of the cable it was happy. The charging process works well, both from battery and debit card perspective!
