Only ever use the Monta charge when on holiday at Haven site, have had problems in the past but but worked easily today.
Only fix price for charging
The charging rate of kWh is $0.44. It’s more higher than California. No relate to which time zone. Horrible company for charging EV!

Disappointed
Unfortunately, our experience with this charging app was very poor. The app repeatedly showed that no chargers were available, despite chargers being clearly free at the location. It took several attempts and a lot of frustration before we were finally able to start a charge.
The lack of customer support was also disappointing. There doesn’t appear to be a direct contact number, leaving only the chat function for assistance, which is not ideal when you’re stranded and trying to charge your vehicle.
Overall, the app was unreliable and made what should have been a straightforward charging experience unnecessarily stressful. I hope improvements are made to both the app’s accuracy and customer support options.

Terrible Service
I was double charged for a session which left my wallet in a negative balance. Now, I’m blocked from charging. There is no way to refill my wallet and customer service is one of the worst I’ve experienced. Can’t get anyone on the phone and chat is unresponsive.
