Ongoing bug
I use Envoy multiple times a week. Every time I extend my booking I am significantly overcharged. I have to call in and talk to support continuously to get my money back. It’s even happened when I’ve extended my booking time over the phone. This has been a bug for two months now. When I talk to support, it’s always as if it’s the first time we’re going through this. It’s a waste of my time. I do love Envoy as a service, but please fix this issue so I’m not constantly having to call. Also please train your support team to handle the issue quickly.

Envoy car sharing is the most unprofessional poorly run business I have encountered, these stupid people run it like a McDonald’s , I rented the cybertruck from this location 2 times both times I had to wait 1 hour outside the building with 0 communication for an employee to arrive , then you have the idiot of a manager sky that calls me making excuses these idiots will be hearing from the BBB and their corporate office soon it’s insane how ghetto this establishment is do better idiots !!!

Best car service
Thank u envoy you guys have been beyond. I have been using this service for at least 4 years and it’s been smooth and luxurious.
Poor management of fleet
Their vehicles have issues and even weeks after they dont fix the issues. Booked a vehicle again and then not available because they gave someone else the booked vehicle. Shocking
BE CAREFUL !!!
app had a glitch to where it charged me 12 late fees, instead of immediately refunding me, they gave me a credit, had to call them to process the refund. THEN they refund MY money to someone else’s account. and refuse to correct the refund or even give a courtesy credit.

Rip Off
The customer service is not available like they say they are. You can call during normal hours of operation and still have to leave a voicemail message for a callback. The app can take the customer’s money but fails to provide the service with the same efficient and ease. I never leave reviews but there’s no way they continue to get away with this when there are better businesses out there. Ask your building managers to request another service because envoy is incapable of providing basic levels of quality and support. I would honestly give them 0 stars.

App freezes after verifying identity
Do you guys hate your customers? Why is this app this bad? It makes me never want to use your service.
Seamless
I had a near seamless experience. My car was really nice and clean and fully charged. It was easy to start the ride. I had a little bit of trouble ending the ride, but as soon as I called Envoy, they ended the ride and corrected the ride time. Reasonable pricing.
Worst app, doesn’t work and takes your money
The app didn’t work and let me book during someone else’s reservation. Customer service fixed the issue but I lost a promo code I had. Was excited since envoy is offered in my building but very disappointed in the user experience.
Stuck on “loading vehicles”
Once registered, the app gets permanently stuck on the “loading vehicles screen” will change star rating when fixed.

Incredible product, easily available and accessible in my building and neighbouring one. This is complimented by even more amazing customer service, with young people eager to be helpful and quite quick in their response.

New app updates much better
The new scheduling UI and the fast customer support is a huge improvement and I rely on this service for my day to day. I wouldn’t go to an appartment community that didn’t have envoy cars for us!

The new scheduling display is so helpful now! It’s great knowing when and which cars are available! Love this service. Customer service is always quick, friendly, and resolves my issues whenever I’ve needed to call.

App issues
App keeps closing not allowing me to even open it, whenever I use the rental it will not let me end the ride when I’m finished and rarely connects. It’s convenient to have onsite but the app itself is not the best.
Glitchy
Went to see if I could reserve a car for a reservation in Hawaii. The time I select is not transferring to the checkout and is off by 3 hours. Instead of getting it at 630 like I would like, it is showing 330. Doubling the length of my trip.
