I'm badging in at the office and envoy isn't catching it
We have used this app for 2-3 years to sign patients in for optical adjustments. We didn’t use any badge or security features, so suddenly having to pay $100/mo for VERY basic features is no longer worth it. Will have to find an alternative.
Consistently super slow for very basic things. UI takes forever to load
Frequently slow and maps take a long time to load. Clicking seats and changing options is slow too and buggy.
So handy!
It’s great!!
This is quite a terrible app, where you have to kill it and restart it to be able to use it.
Not user friendly, worse than Robin
Does the job. The UI does jump around a bit when checking in, definitely could use with caching of steps in the process as it’s always the same.
I use the app about once a month, and have to log in every time.
I regularly get “500” errors, the UI often shows the wrong names assigned to different desks (showing the details of the previous person you clicked on rather than the current one which is very confusing), the “current day” context switches to tomorrow when you don’t expect it, even before you check in. Even after you confirm a spot it’ll often still show the big blue button to confirm, casting doubt on if you confirmed it, but then throws an error when you try to confirm again, recommending you to try again which makes no difference. Just a very confusing app to use because of bad client state management and unintuitive UX decisions

Garbage app keeps signing me out
We use this at work for desk booking due to hybrid working. Before the latest update we could schedule a desk in the office up to 13 days in advance. I can no longer book a desk, i have set primary location up and auto-book to on and everytime i log out the app it forgets what i have set. It no longer auto-books me in.

Constant glitches including notifications to check in when already checked in, and now is not allowing bookings or showing some previous bookings. Unsure why companies use such a poor app.
Recent update removed the scheduler calendar which makes it next to worthless using the app now.
Keeps resetting and forgetting my home location and auto check in does not work. Something that should be easy is really hard. Poor app.
Need to fix login issues. I shouldn’t have to login every time I use the app. That defeats the purpose of having an app.
Crash a lot
This app has got worse - everyday it asks for me to confirm my primary location only for it to forget the very next day. I can now only schedule 6 days in advance so I can’t even book my place for the following whole week, despite being in the office every day and how does it decide if and when the auto check in will work - some days it does other days it doesn’t but who knows how it decides?

Someone reported to HR because I reserved a workstation she typically uses.
