Login issues
This app has CONSTANT issues. it shows me my username and then when I type it , it says it's incorrect. I'm so tired of companies using this app because it always SUCKS

Terrible for employees
So hard to reset your password for no damn reason, and it’ll give you a password at the beginning yet if you set your own afterwards which the app encourages then both will be invalid. Just sucks to be honest
Not great.
This app is ok. When it works. I have worked for companies with better apps. It keeps logging me out and saying my login information is incorrect. It works one day and not the next.
Painful onboarding process
There was no rating less than one star or I would have chosen it.
From the employee side of the table I found all aspects of e self serve online site cumbersome, bordering on impossible.
Didn't work on Mac. Signatures and form filling was nearly impossible on phone. Text boxes too small, nearly impossible to place them on the finished form. It looks like a 4 year old just got hired. Please improve functionality. I'm sure my new boss is impressed... Make this better please.

This app is terrible I have to get my employer to reunite me every time I need to see my paystub because it won’t let me open the app. Everyone that works where I work go through the same hassle
Frustrating
As a business owner when considering switching payroll companies, I never thought to investigate the employees experience via the APS but sure wish that I had done so…I spend more time trying to help employees get logged in and troubleshoot. Many features don’t work such as direct deposit uploads and esignature because a desktop is required to use but that is unrealistic in this day and time. Also employees should be able to upload documents…but that is not a feature either even though there is a documents tab…Definitely keep this in mind before choosing a payroll company!

Struggling
Every other week or so, the app just stops working. I'll go to log in, it'll scan my face, accept it, then immediately close.
Time Card
The new update is not working well at all, please go back to the way it was before.
Update is the worst!
It will not let me save after I fix time cards. Please fix this!
Roll back the updates
The app from fall 2024 was fine. Everything since then has been glitchy and a terrible user experience. Definitely do not recommend.
Horrible
I struggle at least twice a week with even getting the app open. I have not been able to open the app for 3 days. So I haven’t been able to log any time. This is a horrible app!!!!!!
Doesn’t work sometimes
Sometimes I have to restart my phone to get it to work. It keeps reading dismiss when clocking in and out
So glitchy, not user friendly
This app is so glitchy, it doesn’t even open 70% of the time. When it does, it’s so outdated and rudimentary looking. It isn’t user friendly at all. It makes you get a code EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you log in even if you check the “remember device” box. Lags so badly. Truly such a hassle.
