Great Service standards

I had purchased the app today and discovered that it was not the app I needed. This sort of thing can happen to anyone. What made this experience different was the tech-support named Katherine. She was supportive, detailed, and very kind in her skills presentation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a data plan. While travelling either abroad or through the Americas.

Serviço não funciona e suporte técnico ruim

Comprei e instalei antes da viagem. Ao chegar na Espanha, não consegui utilizar. Acionei o suporte técnico e fiquei cerca de 20 minutos enviando prints ao atendimento automático, quando finalmente consegui atendimento “humano”, onde precisei enviar td outra vez. Após conseguir uma rede, o serviço foi instável e descontinuado, a maior parte das vezes em 3G. Contratei por 07 dias e não consegui 01 (um) único dia de forma satisfatória. Contatei outro serviço para não ter problemas na viagem. O serviço deveria ser de 02 a 09 de agosto, sendo q a viagem iniciou dia 04, quando finalmente precisei usar foi decepcionante.
Ativei bem antes para não ter surpresas, a instalação super fácil e rápida, mas o serviço prestado foi péssimo, além do prejuízo por ter pago sete dias e sequer ter usado um dia inteiro. Na primeira tentativa na manhã do dia 04, já tive problemas. Insisti na tarde do mesmo dia e em vão!
Não recomendo.

Didn’t work

It never worked for me in the Caribbean. I read the instructions 3 times and followed every step. It said some data was used, like how it never worked. When trying to find support I stumbled upon the monthly autopay. I quickly cancelled, I’ll be deleting the app after this review.
