Beware - NO SMS
When the price is too good to be true….
The eSIM was a little clunky to setup once we arrived in Europe. It didn’t clearly explain which settings need to be changed relative to the phone’s normal carrier Sim.
Then to my surprise there was no SMS capability which seriously hampered communication with my non-iPhone family members.
The data and ”i-”messaging worked well.
I felt the advertising was deceptive in that it hid the facts: NO voice, NO SMS.

ADD OPTION TO CANCEL AUTO RENEWAL
It auto renews every 30 days when I’ve already left the country and there is no option on the app to cancel the renewal!! Contacted customer support and no response. I have been charged 64$ now for unusable data
