I was given an car insurance without a driver !! They assured me it was fine !! Few months later after taking thousands of my money !they told me that i couldn’t have my insurance without an driver license? Even tho they were very fine with that at the beginning.. do i get my money back since i was played ?

Worst app ever
This app used to work. It has stopped being an efficient way to manage your policy for over a year and I’m honestly ready to switch companies simply over this annoying factor. It never takes your password. There is no easy button to make payments. It is the most complicated useless app I have ever used.

Can’t login in
Doesn’t allow me to log in. Really inconvenient considering someone just rear ended me. I don’t get the texts or emails to authenticate my account. Fix it please!!!!!
Authenticator doesn’t work
App constantly asks for multifactor authentication but never sends codes. You have to call and then they’ll tell you it’s related to a system update. What is the point of a mobile app that you have to call and then to gain access to?

You'd think with all the money we pay for car insurance we would have an app that works.
Not A Big Fan
-Never receive any notifications that are enabled in the app (payment updates, renewals, etc)
-It won’t update my finger passcode after updating it multiple times. So I have to manually put the passcode in.

Its not a bad app
It’s not bad. But it’s also not good. You try to do a road side assistance request on the app. It keeps loading then says it can’t complete it. You need to call. The number they give you send you to a representative that isn’t with esurance. They transfer you. Then you get someone who transfers you again. They need to put the direct esurance line number. I’m still on hold 20 minutes later and only talked to two people who transfer me. Lord the roadside assistance is a waste of money.

Very limited app
I can’t add other family members so that they too have the option to get roadside assistance if I am unavailable. Chat option is completely useless, it doesn’t understand the simplest prompts and gives no option to contact a real person.
Cannot access
To log in it requires a 6-digit code but it never sends the code. Tried text, email, then text again. Waited several minutes each time to see if the code would arrive. App is useless if you can’t access it.
Payment screen crashes app
Can't make any changes. Have tried a clean install and restarting my phone.
Broke it
Can't log in, repeatedly says slow internet connection. Nothing wrong with connection.
Actual garbage
This app is actual garbage, it never works in an emergency. I have been trying to log in for over an hour and it keeps saying “sorry, we have encountered an error. Let’s try that again”. Well gee, it’s not like I am stranded on the road or anything. Thanks. Doesn’t even say what the error is. And on the off chance it displays something different, it says “so sorry, the connection is just not strong enough. We hope you’ll try again later.”
… yeah, I’ll try again LATER even though I need help now. Also, how is the connection not strong enough when literally every other app on my phone is working just fine? I will never recommend using them in a situation where you need help asap. I probably wouldn’t recommend them at all. The employees I’ve interacted with are all very nice but this app is just awful and has not been helpful to me. And if you call support, a robot tells you to download the app and use that…

Password field does not save password after successful login with new password.
Password field saves old password and is not updated after login with new password. Same behavior after app is removed and reinstalled.
App broken
Haven’t been able to login for a week now. Keeps saying slow network and doesn’t login. Try to log in on browser and I never receive authentication code to phone number OR email, ever. I physically cannot log into my account for my insurance cards or anything. Please fix this ASAP. I’ve sent emails every way I can find and no response yet.

App works when it wants. I can log on, look at everything, but when I click on "pay now" it boots me out of the app.
Have to wait 24 hours to sign in after changing password
The app itself is pretty helpful. 4/5 stars. However it loses 2 more stars because when you change your password the app becomes unusable for 24 hours. You can still use the website, just not sign in in the app.

We had a flat tire and needed the spare put on. Total time from first contact to completion was approximately 21 minutes! Now that’s what I call service. !!!!
Does what I need it to
I’ve been using the Esurance app for over a year now and overall, it’s been a great experience. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage my policy, make payments, and file claims. One of my favorite features is the ability to add your insurance card directly to Apple Wallet — it’s incredibly convenient and saves me from having to dig through emails or the app during a traffic stop or accident.
The claims process is smooth and fairly intuitive, which was a lifesaver when I needed it. That said, I’m giving it four stars instead of five due to occasional glitches, like slow load times or the app freezing randomly. I’d also love to see real-time support features like live chat added for quicker help when needed.
Overall, Esurance has created a solid, reliable app that makes dealing with insurance much less of a headache. Highly recommend it!
