Worst transportation app. NO ETA NO TRACKING. you get tracking only 30-20 mins before your pickup realllllyyyy unreasonable. When you call support long wait time. Stupid service.

I have updated the app but it’s still asking me to update, Now idk what to update form here after , who ever working on this application must be one of the laziest people’s, who don’t wants to improve , must be warming their seats at their work places instead of improving the application..
New version 2.0.9 is buggy
even though my version and current version is same it’s repeatedly asking me to update and then takes me to open app . This runs in loop . Unable to open app. Without testing this is released?
Ap not working
Aap not working showing a new update is available while i am having the latest version not able to see any fields and go anywhere in the app the pop did not go away it just stays there

Even do app is in newer version, it still ask for updates.. It has not been fixed correctly for iPhone users. Please check and fix the issue

Useless App
Very frustrating experience. The app keeps showing a popup asking me to update to the latest version every time I open it, even though I already have the latest version installed. Because of this, the app is basically unusable. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
Worst App and worst experience
I have updated the app yesterday when it said it has a new update, even after doing that it keeps on saying it has a new update whenever i open the app and doesn’t let me in to further use it. Very worst experience with this app all the time.
Unable to access app after recent update
Unable to use app from the moment it got update, i have updated the app and when i am opening the app it is still showing the dialogue box to update the app and it is not letting me to proceed further into the app. I even removed the app and reinstalled it. Still showing same issue. Please get it corrected immediately.

Add Estimated Time Of Arrival
Please add Estimated Time Of Arrival for pickups it will be easy to be ready with a exact fixed time displayed on the application here we have to keep tracking the vehicle all the time because of no pickup time being mentioned on the application
UI is slow, Need flash option in QR scan
Please make the UI faster. There should be an option to enable flash while scanning QR.
Not working on mobile data
This app is not working on iphone 12 mini mobile data however it is working on wifi plz fix
Disappointing app
Every day I get picked the first and dropped last. Even when my house is on the main road I have to go through gully roads through 58 speed breakers by sitting in the dickey seats of the cab all because of incorrect sequence in the app and incorrect geo location. Wasting nearly 3 hours everyday while I can commute in 1 hour via Ola Uber.
The app only considers the shortest distance maybe but there other things to be considered. Sometimes although the distance is the short it takes longer to actually reach due to various reasons such as road conditions, traffic, humps. The drivers don’t always agree to the routes we suggest bcz of this stupid app.
And for Gods sake we don’t really need the escort who has no real job other then occuping front seat. We actually need the front seat. Atleast one person can travel comfortably 😭

There should be an option from your end to cancel the approval
This app need alot of improvement, In my situation I raised the request to update the details it went to my old supervisor he is not even responding to my calls and messages, now my supervisor is changed and now if I go on to update the details it’s telling me update failed as it is pending for approval. You should make these changes otherwise it’s of no use

Unable to open the application
The application is crashing and unable to open getting an black screen issue the issue is repeating after uninstalling and installing many times
App Crashing after latest update
Team, Pls check the latest update. I am now not able to login to ‘MyTMS’ as app crashes as soon as the authentication is done. Even re-installed but issue persists. It’s really annoying, please check & roll over the update or do the corrections. Regards
Need implement
I’m using this app for past few days, I doesn’t work properly. Shows black screen, have to swipe right so many times to see the screen.
Also, every time I move away from screen it asks for login.
