Just love Etsy. I have bought many things and I was never disappointed
Poor support for an otherwise great experience
I shop on Etsy all the time. Recently, I had a technical problem with the cart interface and contacted support. That was June 22. It’s now more than a month later and I’m still unable to access my cart or shop at all, either on the app or any browser. Support reassures me they are looking into it but I never hear back until I ask, and they haven’t fixed it yet. Love the shopping experience and the vendors. Too bad I can’t give them any of my money! Very frustrating.
