Deplorable App
Read all of the reviews and virtually every single one remarks on the App. The App is appalling, yet Eufy does nothing about it. They continue to add items, tweak the App, and carry on as though nothing is wrong.
Not one single review has a response from Eufy, which in my view speaks volumes about the App issues.
Before you commit to a Eufy system, shop around, there are more and more competitors appearing on the market with Apps that are far superior to the Eufy App.
For those who have committed to a Eufy system, we can only hope Eufy pull their finger out and sort this deplorable App out

Robot vac maps
I don’t know why, but this app is driving me insane. I create maps for each area of my house and save specific cleaning schedules. If i want to edit a map, no chance. I have to delete the map and start again. I don’t know how an app as buggy as this gets released to the public.
No longer works properly
I cannot adjust the sensitivity on any of the cameras anymore. The annoying ads and constant badgering for surveys is not what should be in this app. I’m not a very happy customer. A long time eufy and anker customer and I’m not pleased.
Garbage!
You will feel its great and working until you actually need it and go to find the footage is not there. We had a package stolen off our steps. No footage. So we changed the settingd from alerting us only when humans are on camera to all motions. Now we get alerts just from our plants rustling in the wind but it still isn’t detecting humans. 156pm it makes a 30 second clip of cars driving by. 158 theres suddenly a package on the steps but no video of who dropped said package off. Junk and a complete waste of money. We will be looking to upgrade to a system that can detect things that matter, ya know, like humans.

App stopped working
App loads, but then stops. Nothing works now. Used to work fine.
