Very, very bad customer service also when you hide, they’re gonna give you different Car so don’t pay too much

No need to try again
Whenever I am about hire a car I try you. Unfortunately, I can’t go through to choose a car section on your app. I delated the Euro car app. I don’t think I try again.

I rented a car from DFW (Dallas) and had a remarkably pleasant experience with Marshall getting my car and learning more about Eurocar… he made a great first impression - I will now be renting from this company!

Has never worked
Had for months and just shuts down as soon as it opens. Hopeless.
Missing Deposit
Booked a Rental and paid for it upfront. There was a hold placed on my account which was normal for Rental companies to do. Upon returning the Rental, I was informed that the Deposit would be in my account after 7 working days. Its almost a month now and I’m still waiting for it. Upon querying, I was informed that I need to contact the Bank.
When the Bank was contacted, they mentioned that there is no hold on my account. Till to date, the deposit had vanished into thin air and EuropRental are responding to my queries as if no deposit was taken from my account

API rate limit exceeded
API rate limit exceeded… is about the only response the app produces, but it does that really reliably.
Doesn’t work
Constantly get API limit reached every time I try to import a booking. Complete waste of time.

Can’t understand why the app doesn’t recognise one as being a member of the Privilege club, it keeps sending me to the web site! Surely I should see points accrued?
Useless at best
Where to start. Login does not work most times, when you can login then all you get is constant API errors which means you can’t see the booking details, and then to top it all you keep getting told to check in online but the experience is terrible from an UX point of view (and why do you need tax number as a mandatory field) and of course the self check in also doesn’t work 9 out of 10 times.

Buggy
Yesterday I launched the app and logged in with no issues. Today I had an error message despite my details being correct (email and password) and no active login button. I had to replace email with driver licence and suddenly it worked.
More often than not, when I try to retrieve a booking, it gives me an "api limit exceeded" error.
Lastly, if I am already logged in on the app, why do I need to enter any details to retrieve existing bookings? I'm logged in already, you should know everything about my bookings. It feels like late 90s airline reservations technology... but apart from that, fine.

Website is awful
The website is very confusing am just going round and round in circles ! I want to hire a car but have given up now !

Useless app. Doesn’t update my bookings, navigation is impossible, and won’t let me make reservations. Don’t waste your time with this app.

App crashes when trying to view bookings made online. Error message states ‘API Limit has been reached’. Has this problem for many weeks now.
