Can’t register kit
Got the kit. Set up an account with Everywell (so now they have and can sell all my info - YAY), then tried registering my kit online (not on app). Could never get to the point where I could scan the QR code or enter kit ID on the web, so downloaded the app. Scanned the kit, logged in… and then… still couldn’t register. “Continue” button still greyed out, despite all fields filled in, terms&conditions read and accepted (boxes checked), but still greyed out. Emailed support (NO PHONE NUMBER) and am waiting for response. Will update if things get fixed.

I have used tests kits since 2020 and as a nurse this lab and resources are excellent.
Horrid app- “500 WHOOPS” notification on every key stroke
Not worth the frustration since you can’t read results of tests without getting “500 WHOOPS”a- the whoops is not endearing after 15th time in 2 minutes.
Dysfunctional app
Videos that were supposed to to demonstrate how to collect samples had no audio, then when I had to submit a picture to validate my sample, it insisted I send an email, and wouldn’t let me proceed to the next step
Just sucks
Repeatedly logs me out and asks me to log back in in an infinite loop
Kit Issues
One of the lancets did not work so had use from the second kit that we had ordered together
App is garbage
Scan kit to register and click next and it signs me out. Doesn’t let me do the test.

The test was rather simple to do and there was enough information if I had questions.

I love getting these tests delivered and getting reliable results in a short time period. I have used many testosterone tests and the food allergy and lipids test, the app is easy to use and check for results, which have about the same turnaround as a doctor’s office without the co-pay and hassle of taking time off or going at lunchtime. They provide lancets for blood but I just draw mine with a needle which saves my fingers from producing the rather large amount of blood needed to fill the card. The labs are CLIA compliant so you know your results are reliable. Thanks Everlywell for the easy to use service and for Everlywell plus which allows me to check my testosterone monthly at reduced cost.

Awful.. the app went dark for months and then came back with a push notification vengeance.

Wow, I wish I would’ve checked the Better Business Bureau before I purchased these test you spend hundreds of dollars on testing that you cannot use because you don’t notice the expiration date has passed. Their refund and replacement policy is a huge joke.
They sell your results to 3rd parties
Just received a class action notice that they gave results to third parties. Can't trust any company in the health care system DDD
App is okay tests are garbage
Testing process is poor. Difficult to complete and every test has to be retaken. Poor product and I don’t recommend.
THEY WONT END MY MEMBERSHIP
They make you contact them to cancel your membership. I have done this 3 months consecutively and I’m still being charged. UNBELIEVABLE.
Login Problem
When I sign in on the web its work fine but when signing in on this app, its says “Login Failed”. I don’t understand why. Please fix it and I will give you 5 ⭐️.

Waste of money
I expected to get actionable advice to improve my health from the test. Instead I just got a list of areas where my numbers are high or low and a recommendation to discuss the results with my doctor. My doctor will just order new blood work, so there was really no point to spending over a hundred dollars on this test. I should’ve just gone to my doctor in the first place.

Too many ads
I get ads in notifications from the app almost every day. Of course I can turn them off, but it’s really annoying when you have test results pending, only to see an ad. Should be disallowed.
As long as you don’t need open loop customer care, you will be ok.
I’ve enjoyed Everlywell for the last year until about six weeks ago there was an issue and after a dozen calls, no one could fix it— so sadly, all I could do was leave. I wonder if this has been bought out by a mediocre company. I no longer have faith in what they say because I was lied to so many times in a row. As long as you don’t need the open loop customer care team, you will probably be ok.
