Notification bug
Notice that when the car miss charging schedule. The notification schedule would still shows up as the vehicle was charged but it wasn’t even plugged in and resulting in with orphan information. Overall still happy with the purchase and I’m sure you all will get the bug fix.
Lack Apple Shortcut and Scheduling Sucks
No support for apple shortcuts like chargepoint and tesla. Plus the scheduling sucks, you can’t do a continous scheduling, scheduling is per day only. The overlapping schedule limitation sucks..
App is useless
The app is horrible and useless to anything but the most basic features. Be careful setting a schedule as if you want to program the best charging times at 11pm to 6am, that is actually 2 schedules… one from 11-11:59p and another from 12-6a. Also forget about putting in your electricity rates to allow it to estimate your cost, as those functions freeze up if you try anything but a basic rate. So if you want to program a TOU rate, you can’t because the second rate plan screen will not all any input whatsoever.

Don't purchase this garbage hardware
Barely owned the Evipower device a year and have no connectivity to it via this app.. Happening to my and my wife's phone. Went through the whole setup process again and same. Apparently the WiFi failed.
Works well end easy to install
This was a great purchase. It was easy to hang on the wall and the App was easy to set up. I would recommend.

Worked as advertised
Installation was easy. Documentation was good but could use an electrical diagram of how the wires should be connected to 50 or 60 amp breaker and ground wire. I get that professional electricians will know, but it would be good to have the information to the consumer to check work done by certified electrician. Maybe pictures would help? The unit booted great on first time, installation of app and registration was really easy. The app is great!!!

Pure connection
Impossible to connect to WiFi absolutely no easy option to do so.
Difficult to reconnect to WiFi
My biggest problem is it’s near impossible to reconnect the charging stationto my home WiFi if the password or the WiFi hub has been changed.

Bought an electric car. Needed a home charger. EVIQO was top rated on the Internet. Ordered and delivered in 12 hours. 50% off offer. Installed 50 amp breaker circuit. Unit works as advertised. Two thumbs up.
Charger great, App clunky
I’m happy with my choice with the charger itself. Installing it was turn key, the equipment is well-made, and works as it should. The app, however, needs improvement to be as great as the charger itself. Notifications are inconsistent. The configuring of scheduled charging is not clear making the automatic charging sessions unreliable. It does work for allowing me to manually start a session through the app if my car is already plugged in though.

Scheduling needs work
It won’t let me create more than one schedule that might conflict with another schedule. You can only have one schedule selected at a time, so there would be no ‘conflict’. I want to have duplicate schedules, but set the rate of charge depending on my house needs.
App is horrible
The scheduler doesn’t work at all. I have to be up until it’s midnight to manually charge the car the scheduler doesn’t seem to communicate with the actual charger.
Poor app
Inability to see charge information for each charge event. The graph showing charge cost is very clunky. I wish you could just see actual data in table format of some sort. Not user friendly
If you have your car on a charging schedule, you have to also go into the EVIQO app and tell the charger to start charging. For example my Tesla is set to charge at 6 am, but the Tesla app says the charger is not ready. I have to go to the EVIQO app and press start to get the charger to provide power. So no automatic charging, it requires human intervention. Very inconvenient.

Cluttered UI
The app is okay but it is cluttered. Some settings are under “General”, others (like the electricity plans) hide behind a tiny “I” icon. Also, there are nowhere near enough options to reflect the complexity of Southern California electricity rates and schedules, which differ between summer and winter and weekday and weekends/holidays for us.

This app does everything that it states and as intended. I do wish there was an integration to show when the car is having an issue charging.
Great charger for the Fiskee
This is an awesome EV charger. Long cable and the app is pretty good as well to monitor progress. No issues after a year of use. Sturdy and well made. Highly recommend!
EVIQO Tesla Charger
I installed one of these at my house about five months ago, and it’s been great! Solid hardware and solid software….all high quality. Very satisfied with this charger!!
