Worst setup ever
Why is it so hard to the the ebike to unlock, it supposed to be scan pay and go, wtf. I give up, u win. Wish u bankrupt soon

Do not use, double check everything. Dangerous. Pedals are broken, motors don’t work, seats are broken, dehydrated after trying to find new bikes, couldn’t get refunded, charged for the full hour

Love EVO, But It Can Be Better
I love this service and use it regularly. Feedback: A “flash lights” or “honk” feature would make it much easier to find the car, especially in busy areas. The GPS also needs to be more accurate downtown, it sometimes shows the car on the street when it’s actually parked in a parking lot. There should be an easy way to report a car that can’t be found!! That’s probably the most frustrating part of using EVO, especially in downtown.

OS and app update issues
Great app when it works. Once again, the app update has broken the function - this time the addition of Bluetooth in combo with OS? Help, please fix ASAP

Such a life saver!! Convenient, and fairly priced.
I recently lost my car, and Evo has been integral in my ability to commute for important appointments, meetings and just having the ability to drive instead of bussing has been a blessing. All of the cars that I’ve used are wonderful, and for the most part clean. Overall comfortable and smooth driving experience.

No signal? Still a problem.
New app update says no signal no problem - can connect in low to no signal areas. I’ve had troubles in the past connecting to Evo in my underground parkade but always got it in the end. Won’t work at all now with new update - Bluetooth shows connected in the app but it won’t unlock the car. Had to tow it.

Gotta fix the font size!
The app is fine, but seriously, for people with even the slightest sight issue it’s almost impossible to read the license numbers. Please fix!

Convenient
I would like the ability for the scooters and bikes to go a little bit faster. I can pedal a bicycle over 25km/hr, and if I’m going downhill, it should be up to me how fast (or slow) I can go. I understand why the speed is limited, but I don’t personally agree with it.

Evo sways save me when I need reliable transportation or move things, wish they get the home zone bigger though to other cities
