Unreliable

When I need it, app doesn’t work…

Convenient 🚙

Now, I can visit Vancouver without worrying about bringing a car. Plus, looking for a vehicle adds a treasure-hunting adventure.

Ongoing excellence

I don’t live in Vancouver but visit often enough that an Evo account has been a boon.

I love Evo!

So good.😊

Bicycle

Love it

Horrific

Constant phantom charges
The bike will say locked and yet it will continue to charge me.
Every customer service call takes at least 75 minutes
The cars are all filthy
There should be way more home zones
the bikes are all way overworn
Absolutely infuriating UI

Terrible customer service lately

App can be super buggy, sometimes have to go through the unlock sequence of the car twice. No way to chat with an agent online. And the worst part is that there’s no way to find the car if it’s an underground parking lot. Very disappointed lately.

New parking spot added for bike but won’t allow you to park

They added a new parking spot in north van very clearly on the map and marked on the street however in app you can’t stop there. The actual marked area is down a block and in a very inconvenient spot.

Mister

Let me know when you are about to sell some of your cars!

Uber and Lyft apps comparison

Comparing to Uber and Lyft apps. Both of them have stronger login security, allow for payment options beyond credit card, and mask private data better. Evo displays drivers license data unmasked.

Lime was better

In every way

It’s good and bad

Sometimes useful sometimes stressful

Wish I could rate minus stars

Terrible experience the bike would processed as returned and missed 2 sea buses trying to get customer service in the line

Don’t waste your time

Customer service is kind of useless and there are hidden fees. I recommend taking an uber or renting instead. Useful for out of town trips tho.

Cranks need tlc

Cranks were sounding rough

Absolutely terrible experience with Evo.

I was charged over $300 even though I parked in a zone that I believed was authorized/accredited. The vehicle was still towed and sent to the impound lot, and I was charged the full amount.

I immediately contacted customer service to explain the situation and let them know that this unexpected charge was putting me in a very difficult financial situation. Despite this, I received no response for several days — no support, no follow-up, and no consideration for my situation.

Beyond the initial issue, the complete lack of communication and customer care is extremely disappointing. A company like Evo should be able to listen to its customers and at least provide a response when someone is facing a serious problem.

I strongly do not recommend Evo based on this experience. The lack of support and professionalism from their customer service is unacceptable.

So handy

Love Evo

Super fun

Easy and convenient well priced . Faster bike would be nice

You Can Never Find an Evo Anywhere

The cars are never where the map says they are! They’re either inside a residential building, or inside an office building, or in a parking lot that you don’t have access to, or simply not there at all.

The app should be able to tell its users EXACTLY where the cars are, including if it’s inside or outside and, if it’s in a parking lot, it should say what level of the parking lot the cars are.

Very frustrating!
