Don’t download because it won’t open - had to share this and it’s my first app review*
Can’t log in
Try to login by resetting the password after using the scale at the gym but the link received in my email is not working. Still not fixed after a month.
Just ok
I echo a lot of other users in that the app is VERY fickle in terms of logging in and loading. Im able to get things loaded a good chunk of time, but sometimes it absolutely refuses to cooperate.
When I am able to use it it’s decent, but I think most of this data could be visualized SO much better to really track trends over time. The charts and graphs are just ok, and youre not able to scroll back to older results and manipulate the data like you can within Apple Health.
Speaking of Apple Health… WHY does this app have zero connection to it!? Just about every other health app on the market connects to Apple Health and passes the data back and forth. Evolt does not which is incredibly frustrating.

Absolute rubbish
Nothing works. Registered then had a scan. Didn’t load the data and did allow my iPhone to stored password the password. Tried to reset password - doesn’t work - I just g ET an error message. I wouldn’t bother with this. It’s rubbish.

Literally the worst built app I’ve ever seen

It blocked my phone and I couldn’t do anything, I had to let my phone running out of battery until it turned itself off, and I could use it again, this app is trash
A genuine 1 star experience
Strike 1: No guest mode, force you to create an account.
Strike 2: QR code downloads an app.
Strike 3: the account creation process is unskippable, invasive, and LONG. I’m not here to play 20 questions. (Even though they’re out at 3 strikes, I can keep going. That’s how genuinely horrendous this “company’s” UX is).
Strike 4: After downloading their garbage app and going through their garbage account creation process, you still have to manually sign into the kiosk to connect your account.
Strike 5: after signing in, multiple people in our group of 10 discovered that the kiosk version of their profile was different from the app version (wrong gender, wrong birthday, wrong height, etc). So after all that, they still had to set up their account on the kiosk 😂
Strike 6: the kiosk froze during setup and required the gym staff to come power cycle it. I kid you not. Apparently this happens often.
Strike 7: after rebooting and re-signing in, there are MORE questions to answer before you can begin your test! ☠️
I have never ever in my whole life experienced such an awful user adoption experience. I’m baffled that this company still exists. How can you be this disconnected from your customers and still be around? I would give zero stars if that were an option. It took our group of 10 over an HOUR to do body composition scans. The irony? The results were the same as my $20 Amazon body fat scale with no app that asks 3 questions 🤡

App sucks
Not only does my scan not upload to the app but whenever I try to manually type in my results, the app tells me there was a complication with the app. Worst app ever.
Slow, buggy, unintuitive, no export to AI
It’s a very poorly designed and buggy app. While the data their hardware captures is amazing, it’s sad to see such a missed opportunity to make a convenient app to view and export this data for further analysis with ai tools and coaches. It seems like it was done 5-7 years ago and then abandoned while the world kept changing. So it looks a bit like a relic of a simpler early iPhone era where simply having an app was already an achievement of its own for a brand.

本機がゴミ
スキャナー持ってからの測定が長すぎ。パーセンテージのカウント終わってから何分その姿勢で待たせんの？こっちはトレーニング終わってシャワー浴びて帰る前に測定してんのに何追加で謎の姿勢キープトレーニングさせようとしてんだ？もう測定しねーよと思いました。
Login Issues
It’s such a pain to log into and view scans. This needs a serious update.

アプリのUIが見にくいしエラー多発するし入力できないバグがある。使い勝手が悪すぎる
Where is the support?
I can’t express how frustrating it is to have to jump through hoops to even get a scan done and I have only been able to get my scan (in app) once the entire time I’ve had it. Where is the support or dev team?
Never loads
“Please wait”… never can never get past that screen. Scanning machine at the gym is good, wish they’d fix the app that goes with it!
