Slow, buggy, unintuitive, no export to AI
It’s a very poorly designed and buggy app. While the data their hardware captures is amazing, it’s sad to see such a missed opportunity to make a convenient app to view and export this data for further analysis with ai tools and coaches. It seems like it was done 5-7 years ago and then abandoned while the world kept changing. So it looks a bit like a relic of a simpler early iPhone era where simply having an app was already an achievement of its own for a brand.

スキャナー持ってからの測定が長すぎ。パーセンテージのカウント終わってから何分その姿勢で待たせんの？こっちはトレーニング終わってシャワー浴びて帰る前に測定してんのに何追加で謎の姿勢キープトレーニングさせようとしてんだ？もう測定しねーよと思いました。
システムはいいがアプリはクソ
アプリのUIが見にくいしエラー多発するし入力できないバグがある。使い勝手が悪すぎる
Where is the support?
I can’t express how frustrating it is to have to jump through hoops to even get a scan done and I have only been able to get my scan (in app) once the entire time I’ve had it. Where is the support or dev team?

起動してから読み込み終わるまでの時間が絶望的に遅すぎる

If you enjoy staring a a spinning wheel telling you to ‘Please wait’ for hours on end then you’ll love this app.
Incredibly glitchy, unbelievably slow and focusing on everything else except showing you your scan data in a way that is easy to understand (I’m still waiting to see the graph… I’m not holing my breath). Turn off the videos and all the other noise and focus on why people are here.

The app doesn’t work at all
The app lets me sign in, and then immediately just gets stuck on a “please wait” loading screen forever. Doesn’t work at all. The developer needs to update this or delete it; absolutely embarrassing that my gym hyped this app up when it doesn’t function at all.
No Exaggeration - Worst App I’ve Ever Used
I don’t write reviews for apps, but this one is so utterly terrible that I feel the need to warn everyone who thinks they will use it.
Generously, the app does the function you try to initiate less than 10% of the time.
Trying to pick up a scan? Good luck. I’ve scanned over 6 times and re-logged / force quit the app endlessly and it will pick up my scans once in a blue moon.
The app does not save this data locally, so even if it picks up your scan once, the next time it does not have any of your data until it can reconnect (and good luck with that!)
It’s not just connecting to the machine that’s an issue. Even trying to edit your profile or load the FAQs it doesn’t work. Regardless of WiFi connection or cellular.

As a user you must use this god-forsaken app to get any benefit, yet it does not work even with the loosest definition of the word.

Not accurate at all
I have gotten, stronger, leaner, and better looking and feeling for 1-2 years but somehow the tracking states I’ve lost next to no fat and gained so little muscle that it’s detectable despite all performance that I have logged increasing dramatically.

The app sincerely doesn’t load any scans. Terrible execution.
Can’t verify my account
I’m stuck in a loop. I tried creating an account. I get an email to verify. The email doesn’t har a version link. The app won’t let me move forward unless I verify. I hit resend verification and I still get the email where there’s no verification. I’m stuck in a loop.

Some good data but app is completely useless at loading. Have waited over 30 minutes for any of the scans and my other data to appear.

This app is running extremely slow, every time you open it it takes ages to synchronise itself!

It doesn’t matter how good the internet quality is, you have to close and reopen the app several times in order to view the scan results. FIX THIS
App not working
This app is great when it works. I was able to see the results of my scan for 2 days and now I can no longer view them. The my scan function is stuck on the loading spinner. No matter how long I wait for the info to load it just sits there spinning.
Just so slow
I love the machines, but my god the apps sucks. I feel like it can be such an easy fix. Nothing loads.
