Besides ok jewelry that tarnishes after about a week, horrible customer service and shipment tracking.
Too many notifications
I love this app and it is the only app I will buy jewelry off BUT the amount of notifications you get after opening the app I absolutely ridiculous. 27 notification all within 10 minutes, several coming at a time. Most of the notifications say the same thing. From what I’ve noticed you cannot turn the notifications off which is really frustrating.

i love Evry Jewels sooooo much!! They always have the cutest jewelry and are always caught up with the trends. The only thing is that i wishhhh the brandy earrings in gold came back in stock i've been wanting them for months and still can't get them.
Non deliver
My package was marked as delivered but I never received it. Canada Post closed its investigation and instructed me that the sender needed to pursue the claim. Initially, customer service repeatedly referred me back to Canada Post instead of addressing my questions. My case was only escalated after multiple emails. This was a frustrating experience.”

Horrible experience
I used to really love Evry Jewels, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been very disappointing. Nearly everything I’ve purchased has broken after a short time, which was frustrating considering how much I liked the designs.
I reached out to customer service multiple times by email and was told to file a warranty claim. I submitted the claim several times, but never received a response or any resolution. What makes this especially disappointing is that when my original order arrived late, customer service responded quickly and even gave me store credit, which I genuinely appreciated.
It feels like the quality of both the products and the customer service has declined over the months and years. I really wanted to continue supporting this brand, but after multiple broken items and no follow-up on my warranty claims, I can’t recommend shopping here based on my experience.

prices on the app are more expensive than on the website for the exact same items how does that make sense??

I haven’t ordered yet this is purely about the app itself, almost everything is sold out ,I end up scrolling for a while before I can find something that isn’t, I end up just shutting the app bc it’s so inconvenient. It needs a filter that only shows the available items otherwise shopping is so hard and I haven’t ordered bc of it I have no time to be scrolling for half an hour to find something available

great products but the app itself has issues
The jewelry itself is beautiful and I want to love this app because it’s easy to use but it have lots of bugs. I’ve been trying to make a purchase but it’s not loading and i’m trying to checkout but it won’t pull up. I have been trying for over a few hours giving it time to reset but that dosent seem to work.

Buggy
The app picks and chooses whether or not it wants to let you view the item or add to cart. Half the time you can’t even navigate because it doesn’t register you’re trying to click something. Sometimes closing the app doesn’t even work

the products are good but the APP oh my goodness it never works. i can never add things to cart which is so annoying and frustrating because i want to purchase but i can’t because of the app. i don’t know if its just me but i cant click to even look at the pictures either. it’s sooo disappointing because i really want to order

This is apparently a Canadian company, but they show stocks and when I try to buy something it’s no longer available in my country. Doesn’t make sense?? The amount of sms offers they provide, none of them exist on the app??? How are you meant to order

worst app
the app does not work. when i try to click an item it doesnt take me to it and i cant add items to cart. the app just does not work please fix it it's terrible. i like shopping from evry but i stopped ever since the app basically stopped working

I recently placed an order on this app for a few necklaces and a bracelet and came out to about $30 and I was super excited to receive this order but the thing with the address is you can’t just place type in your address and it’ll show up you have to select from multiple addresses and I thought that I selected the right one because it only came up so many times and it ended up being the incorrect address and that address that was selected did not exist, and I didn’t realize that I did not have the right address until the day that the package was supposed to arrive I emailed and reached out to this company and they were incredibly rude and refused to refund my money so I am out $30 and no necklaces or any jewelry do not ever buy from here.

I love ordering from them but the app SUCKS. It’ll wait for you to checkout just to say 50% of your items are out of stock even though it’s still added to your bag. stupid. Trying a new jewelry app and if it works better I’m not coming back to this bs!
