prices on the app are more expensive than on the website for the exact same items how does that make sense??

The jewelry itself is beautiful and I want to love this app because it’s easy to use but it have lots of bugs. I’ve been trying to make a purchase but it’s not loading and i’m trying to checkout but it won’t pull up. I have been trying for over a few hours giving it time to reset but that dosent seem to work.

Buggy
The app picks and chooses whether or not it wants to let you view the item or add to cart. Half the time you can’t even navigate because it doesn’t register you’re trying to click something. Sometimes closing the app doesn’t even work

the products are good but the APP oh my goodness it never works. i can never add things to cart which is so annoying and frustrating because i want to purchase but i can’t because of the app. i don’t know if its just me but i cant click to even look at the pictures either. it’s sooo disappointing because i really want to order

This is apparently a Canadian company, but they show stocks and when I try to buy something it’s no longer available in my country. Doesn’t make sense?? The amount of sms offers they provide, none of them exist on the app??? How are you meant to order

worst app
the app does not work. when i try to click an item it doesnt take me to it and i cant add items to cart. the app just does not work please fix it it's terrible. i like shopping from evry but i stopped ever since the app basically stopped working

I recently placed an order on this app for a few necklaces and a bracelet and came out to about $30 and I was super excited to receive this order but the thing with the address is you can’t just place type in your address and it’ll show up you have to select from multiple addresses and I thought that I selected the right one because it only came up so many times and it ended up being the incorrect address and that address that was selected did not exist, and I didn’t realize that I did not have the right address until the day that the package was supposed to arrive I emailed and reached out to this company and they were incredibly rude and refused to refund my money so I am out $30 and no necklaces or any jewelry do not ever buy from here.

I love ordering from them but the app SUCKS. It’ll wait for you to checkout just to say 50% of your items are out of stock even though it’s still added to your bag. stupid. Trying a new jewelry app and if it works better I’m not coming back to this bs!

Evry Jewels is amazing. My boyfriend once got me a necklace that had my initial on it. I have bought from there lots of times I have a Lover Girl necklace somewhere but I don’t know where it is lol… but I may think about purchasing a new one because I remember it being so good! Definitely buy from here sooo worth your money!

Lost in mail
Sent one bracelet separate from order and it got lost I have not received it. The silver earring are peeling and no longer waterproof.

I’ve ordered from evry Jewls multiple times, LOVE THEIR JEWELRY. I placed an order April 15, they are using an app called “ shop “ for tracking. I got no updates on my package until April 28th, saying it finally shipped out. Today on may 12th the tracking has changed, it now says “ you shipping label has been created. I’ve contacted evry Jewls
Support multiple times just to talk to AI bots who can’t help. I’m assuming my package is lost yet they aren’t saying anything. Worst customer service ever. I’m honestly so disappointed I’m never ordering again.

scam company better off ordering shein
Wasted 15 days of my package “being lost in the mail” and telling me they couldn't reship it bc what one item in my 30 dollar order was sold out. I asked my friends and they all said the same thing happened to them when they tried to order through this app never wasting my money here again, also no customer service all AI bots that respond to email faster than second with no one reading them.
