Confirm cars not working
App suggests to confirm cars, but doesn’t activate the confirm button despite ticking the button next to the missing car.
Make it Easier to Freeze for Free
Title says it all, the websites clearly set up to push you towards their paid “premium” services, its not super intuitive to just perform the free credit score freeze they have to provide per federal law. I find it insulting to my good sense and intelligence, the only reason I maintain an account with them is for the sake of preventing someone from fraudulently making account in my name.

Experian app
Only thing I can say is, get the app, get the monthly protection plan & get all the help you need, in one place, to help with your credit, finances, identity theft, etc. I have not only learned so much, but have learned how to improve my credit score. My next goal is ccard consolidation & payoff.
Code sending issues
I’ve noticed lately that there’s issues verifying my account via text codes. I’ve had to repeatedly requested for a resend. Is there an update that I’m missing? I’ve tried resetting my password yet, it continues to happen.

Can’t login overseas
App was useful in the US but for some reason is blocked from Australia. Quite frustrating!

Will not stop spamming me to check my credit score
Fed up with constant promotions, alerts
8/22/26: Experian is exasperating! They completely ignore the settings to turn off al this marketing spam. JUST STOP! 8/11/26: Experian if it’s your settings for alerts/notifications, And just keeps sending annoying notifications to your phone! JUST STOP ALREADY! Give us ONE setting for new credit inquiries or increases in our total debt, so we can check if someone used our credit. Previous review: I am so fed up with this app. Half the alerts from it are attempts to sell your credit services. Credit cards, and loans. All I want to do is check my credit score. Then they say my data may have been breached. No kidding, you guys were the ones that were breached a few years ago. Enough with the ads!

Worst than ever!
This app gets worst with every new release…now it initializes and spins and goes back to initializing!! At least the update before this current one got you to the Home Screen even though it initialized and failed with an error and then sent you a text message and failed again!

What a nightmare. Stay away!
I signed up for so-called Identity protection and information about loans. What I didn’t expect was a BARRAGE of spam calls from scam artists. Now I’m freaking out that all these scammers have my personal info because Experian supplied it. It’s one of the worst mistakes I have ever made.
This app is a scam
You can't even fully delete your account. so, they're just hanging on to your personal information forever. You can't change your plan until you pay the membership fee. The ability to cancel a membership shouldn't be a "paid benefit". I should just be able to cancel my account whenever I want to. Its weird and it's predatory.

I like Experian they have a lot of information, but can be quite confusing at finding every little thing you're looking for.
Tap here tap there you have to just explore the entire app. tap on everything and see what happens if it opens or doesn't it can get very confusing and frustrating if you cannot find what you're looking for or how to go back to a screen you had passed.
Becoming more simplified would be a plus.
