I’ve been paying for their services for more than a year almost two I believe and I’ve been working so hard on my credit. Come to find out I’m thinking I have a good decent scores to be able to get approved for things and I know find out that it’s all lies. My actual credit score is way under what Experian shows me for all 3 credit bureau.

A very good, easy to use app to manage/check credit. I’ve been working on building my credit, and they do have good options. I haven’t used any credit cards yet, but watching my credit, seeing how I can grow it, and working towards my financial freedom and independence, this app really helps me understand the bigger picture.

I’m locked out of my account until I pay a subscription fee I want to cancel. I want to cancel and I cannot. I want to delete my account now and I cannot. I have to pay a subscription fee to access my account. There’s no reliable way that works around my work schedule to contact them like chat outside the app and email. You had to call: due to work I can’t. Save yourself and don’t bother with this. Nonexistent customer service. Poor app quality. Forced payment for stuff you no longer want. Do Not Get This.

Not only do these bloodsucking leaches ruin people’s lives whilst knowing nothing about them, their apps and features do not work at all.
They have designed such a poor app that it accomplishes nothing except lower your credit score for wanting to change bank accounts! These people should be imprisoned…

App suck
Honestly, this app has been really frustrating to use. It won’t let me log in, and when I try to get help, it takes forever to send the email or verification code. I’ve tried multiple times and still can’t access my account.Been trying for weeks and still nothing
Boost always disconnects!!
App is full of informative features, but it’s really tiresome continually having to reconnect accounts through the Boost feature! It’s not that hard to fix this, but I’ve called the customer service on this and I’ve always gotten a BS answer about how they CAN’T fix it. That’s the only downside of this app.

Always gives the lowest score
It’s very hard to get information updated and they will always give you the lowest score. Not very nice.
Be careful
I feel like I got scammed. They took all of my information including my SSN and DL then said “We were unable to identify you”… So where did all of my information that i gave you go? So now they have it and I’m not even logged in.

The entire principle of their model. What a waste of money. They act like it’s so difficult to go into your Netflix subscription and cancel it. And once it’s cancelled, it’s warranted to continue paying them $300/yr for doing nothing lol. Adverts for this garbage everywhere

Hate your begging and asking for money. Quit offering things I clearly don’t want
I don’t like that you keep offering me options for other credit scores but you want to charge me for that. I’d that’s the case, quit advertising at me and do only what you’re willing to offer without begging for money
Login doesn’t work
When you log in it asks for a phone number to send a verification code. It never send it the first time so you always have to hit “send it again” to get it but now that doesn’t work either. I hit the button 5 times and I never get a code now… so no point to this app if you can’t even log in ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
