Funny you update the app and then you break it !! Did you even bother testing the update of course not because that takes a brain. Haven’t been able to sign in since you updated it, answer me a question why am I paying $25 a month for this trash app and you clowns can’t even update the app accurately waste the time and money if it ain’t broken leave it alone !!

Love it

It’s so awesome to see your credit going up or down and see your debts!

Seems to improve regularly

Fast, accurate, efficient and always awake. These are the attributes of an excellent monitoring system, and Experian is one such system.

Freeze credit is free

On the app they try ro make you pay for it. This is illegal by law.

Experian has been very helpful to me

I’ve been building my credit After Covid forced me to close my stores. I had to do a write down where I paid half to 3/4 of my bill and the rest will get written off. over the next two years I was able to raise my credit from 500 to 700. Experian help me pick out the right cards and I got a path to follow.

Extremely inaccurate

Data is wrong most of the time

Exceptional Credit Score

Easy to Do a nice review when everything is Clicking. Check in Once Twice a week even Daily to see what’s helping and hurting and fast suggestions and support to get you going in the Right direction. Easy Peezy but Most of All Funnn

Does not sync

Does not sync with account on web portal and there is no one that can be contacted to solve access issues - only virtual chatbots and voice assistants

Excessive advertising

Very disingenuous on the part of Experian to collect $25/mo from you for a membership to turn around and advertise to you all the time.

This is a credit monitoring app and instead how they really treat it is a means of advertising to you, and they won’t truly let you turn it off.

I turned off marketing push notifications and they’re still hitting me with ‘check your personal loan offers’. Open the app, check my settings. Nope all off. Found another setting on the web version to disable, time will tell if they honor it (doubtful).

Even if you do turn it all off, it seems that Experian considers advertising within the app while you’re using it fair game and it’s not going away. I can’t connect to a person, and their AI chatbot says they cannot be disabled. What a scam.

unethical business practices

unethical business practices, they are sellling your whole information to who ever pays for it, Thanks to Apple Screen Record review lives everywhere

Be nice if I could use the app

Can’t get into the app
Technical difficulties????

Great app if you love ads

It’s difficult to find the freeze/unfreeze credit section. It’s basically just ad after ad. Disappointing and frustrating.

Dependable credit reporting

Accurate and helpful resource for improving credit. Worth the monthly membership.

Full of adds and not helpful

This app is poorly designed and is constantly pushing paid content at all times instead of being helpful.

Great to be able to check your credit score thx

Credit Report Score

Experian would have ranked higher if my credit score was closer to being accurate. I had a 723 and thought I was good for credit. However, when my bank did a hard pull (affects credit) they said my Experian credit report number was 657 or something in the 650s. I think that is UNACCEPTABLE. I can give you grace for a few points difference, but NOT a 60+ point difference. I would not have pulled the credit with my bank and I would have worked harder to raise the score before I looked for a loan. I contacted Experian who told me, “Yes, your credit score is 724.” I contacted my bank back and they disagreed. Another problem put back on Americans to figure out. Very upsetting.
