Horrible I can’t even sign in without it repeatedly showing I need to verify billing information, I do.. and then it comes up again 🤦🏻♀️

For an app that’s for a Commonwealth department dealing with financial issues and people’s livelihoods, that app is an absolute disgrace.

Came up with error, won’t let me log in so I deleted and re installed it and same thing. Waste of time

Hasn’t worked for months just says error. Can’t even login. Have deleted and downloaded so many times and nothing.
Shocker
Imagine improving the app and actually making it HARDER to make payments. You could just make a payment with a click of a button via saved info now the same process takes lot longer and you have to keep entering details. Who is the idiot who decided to upgrade the app??
The app does not work
I have changed password so many times only to be told I have the incorrect username or password. Crashes sometimes. I’ve never been able to use this app.

Does the job
No idea why people are complaining so much. I have used this app for 3 years and it works fine. Does everything I need it to do. Get it setup right from the start and you shouldn’t have any issues.
Can’t Log In
My MyGov account was created using Digital ID/MyID and this means that my account has no username or password nor can one be created. This type of login in has been around for a long time now and the only way to log into the Child Support app is with a MyGov username and password, there is no option to login using Digital ID. This needs to be updated immediately as I’m sure thousands of people can’t even use the app due to this issue. There is physically no way for me to login to the app. Disappointing.

Useless
Keeps telling me my login is incorrect, change password, tells me login is still incorrect, rinse and repeat. For a government app around something important like child support this is unacceptable.

Cannot login with myID
I disabled password login and use myID instead basing on security recommendations from myGov. Yet the app insists me to login with password and when I input it, it says my password is wrong.

Keeps having an issue where it won’t sign in u open the app and it says sign in error with out even letting u try to sign in.
Deliberately Frustrating
They treat this app the way they treat fathers- with contempt. You can’t call them, you can’t email them, you can’t contact them at all. Because their app didn’t work, I got stung with a massive debt that I knew nothing about. This is like Robodebt all over again. No wonder fathers kill themselves over this. The Child Support Agency have blood on their hands. It’s the hidden shame of the Australian government. Scum!
