Love this place. During a difficult time this hotel has offered exceptional services. All the staff were attentive and kind. They will make your experience smooth and comfortable.
Dissatisfied with how I was treated
I kindly asked front desk to book my room with my membership account to get the best rate and she refused. Instead she charged me the full price. I was literally coming from the hospital as well . When I went downstairs and asked her. She said she doesn’t know to properly use the system. However, I’ve stayed here before multiple times with my wife Marisa Curto in the previous visits and that same beautiful lady has done it before and checked us in on multiple occasions. I guess she simply doesn’t like me .

The guy that checked me in at the front desk was very very nice. He did everything he could to get me into a room quickly even though the night before was booked solid! I would like to give him a shout out he told me his name, but I don’t remember. But he was very nice and I think he should get some type of recognition.

Great hotel
I love this place the staff is exceptional Brittney Kya Christine!!! They are absolutely amazing wel the entire staff is amazing!!! The maintenance man is so kind!! And the cleaning people are kind as well!!!
I only have one complaint and it really is not a complaint at all just a mention! Towel and Lenin should be able to be changed weekly! Instead of every two weeks. That would be so amazing.

Does not store upcoming reservations or preferences
The app does not retain the most basic function i.e upcoming stays every time you login you have to put in the confirmation number of your reservation. Deleting it.

Well, while the facility and property is newly renovated, and usually is kept in clean conditions, there are some issues that should be addressed to improve the quality of your service that you're offering to customers such as the back door key entry was broken for a very long time, even in the winter, the hallway carpeting should be shampooed. There are several dirty spots in front of guest doors, often no one is available at the front desk and it would be nice if they offered a little bit more than coffee and blueberry muffins and identifying that as breakfast
