Unprofessional
They’re staff is very unprofessional, violent, and disrespectful they’ve constantly harassed me after disconnecting from their network of “hotels” and they’re rooms are extremely unclean. I won’t recommend them to anyone or any dog either!
Worst Hotel App Ever
This app is terrible. It changes booking dates, never keeps info properly, points don’t match properly. This is not worthy of any hotel chain. Terrible.

App needs a tone of work
Points do not load fast enough, prices say differently online then on app, rooms are cool there clean and the channels on tv where good there was a problem with the plumping and water in the bathtub was leaking the entire stay. The staff here were super helpful and friendly.
