Terrible app!
You need to be 1 foot away from your phone to get a good reading, BUT the print is so small you can’t read it. When you tap on the “Results” button you get a white screen with the word “Back” on it and nothing else. When you tap on BACK it returns you to the main app.

Useless
Measured, then pressed results and it want to a blank screen. Deleted and used another app instead.
Doesn’t work for me
Asks permission to use camera, shows my face, white lines flicker across my face, nothing else happens. No results, no instructions. But it is free.

When I opened the app all I could do was see myself off of a camera. There were no other options or buttons to click on to measure my pupillary distance.

opens the app. asks to use my camera. puts some white moving lines on my face and nothing. for minutes. in sunlight. clear camera. iphone pro max 12. useless app.

Does not display IPD results, only pupil centered in a frame. If you need glasses for up close you can’t even read the numbers.

Gave me distance the first time, and then wouldn’t again. Results page was stuck and wouldn’t load.
Completely non functional
Wanted to measure my pupil distance for a pair of dental loops this app is completely useless it fake scans your face endlessly with no results just stared at the screen for five minutes since there’s no feedback besides a vague instructional pop up upon restarting.

Looked very promising started well. Scanned my face then nothing white blank screen tried everything to correct spent way too much time trying to get it to work.
Not a Reliable Measurement
I tried three times to get an accurate measure and everytime I restarted the app I get a completely different measurement from 57mm to 73mm. Horrible app

RX scanner is over complicated and frustrating
I am a dev for work. The RX scanner wouldn’t advanced past the “make sure 6 dots are visible on your screen” portion. This was not only frustrating as a customer, but also frustrating as a dev. You’ve overcomplicated a core part of your product and added multiple barriers to entry that will make a large % of people not satisfied. You need IOS 17+, a secondary laptop or computer screen, AND a library/gym card all to be compliant with your process which should have been self-contained in the app.

This app isn't worth the frustration. Results inconsistent. You have to take a screen shot because nothing appears at the results page. I got good results with an app called PD Check AR
