I don’t see any value in this
There are so many hoops to jump through to get some assistance with paying for glasses. With the monthly premiums and the balance owed, I’m still paying way more for glasses through EyeMed. Their providers charge a lot more than what EyeMed covers. Most opticians in my community have sales that are much better than the EyeMed price.

So far so good !! I love how easy the app is too and being able to have it with you digitally. Had an eye appointment today & already can see the claim. I can see my benefits & any special offers. Not to mention the ease of finding an optometrist in your network from a tap of the button.

Not working or loading
For whatever reason, this app has never loaded or worked with me ever. I’ve been frustrated many times and I’m unsure with what to do next as it always fails to load.

So far it seems the developers know how to implement a good user friendly script, seems to be streamlined well and functionality wise also well put together. Much appreciation to the fellow coders and script writer who helped developed this app!

La aplicación tiene muy poca claridad. En ningún lugar se puede ver el ID de miembro ni la información necesaria para manejar la cuenta. Cuando intentas comunicarte con atención al cliente, nunca responden por teléfono y tampoco contestan por el chat. Es frustrante tratar de cancelar o hacer cualquier gestión porque simplemente no hay manera de recibir ayuda. Una aplicación que maneja un seguro debería ser mucho más clara y tener soporte real. Muy mala experiencia.

Add to Apple wallet doesn’t work
I was able to sign in, but I couldn’t actually add my ID card to Apple wallet - which is the only reason I downloaded the app in the first place. I’m sure the developer will respond asking me to email them, but that’s the long and short of my experience. Tapping “Add to Apple Wallet” just didn’t work - no loading, no card, even after waiting a few minutes.

Using newest iPhone to view app, but can’t see full view of options or read descriptions. Not happy with app at all.
