App lagging, Face ID does not work, keeps loading when trying to use the app.
Constant unresolved issues
The app is unreliable and frequently crashes. It will not allow me to update my payment information. There is no way to reach live customer support—only an option to leave a message for a callback. The app directs you to “live chat” for faster help, but the chat simply says they will respond within 12 hours, which is not live support. I’ve been trying to get help since January 21 with no resolution.

Freezing app
This app is always freezing. I always have to close it and start over. Right now, I am not able to look at how my account has grown, because the app won’t let me open it. It’s very poorly made.
Find Another Service for Kids Investment Accounts
I can't believe how buggy the app and their website is. I made accounts for each of my daughters, and first of all I can't change the contribution date, there are duplicate accounts for them both because it wouldn't verify my identity unless I used my maiden name, support told me they would close them but they didn't. Now I'm trying to withdrawal their money from their accounts and it says withdrawals are "undergoing maintenance" and to contact support to withdrawal anything. If you want to do ANYTHING you have to wait for customer support. For my recurring payments, it pulled from my checking instead of my savings (my fault), so I just transferred money over but it wouldn't retry the recurring payment, so I had to send a gift. I sent a gift for the amount of my recurring contribution, and it said I need to link an entirely different bank account now. Ok whatever that's ridiculous but I'm just trying to do one thing here, so I go to change bank accounts and it says I can't for 60 days after opening the accounts. So I'm just stuck not being able to put any money into their accounts. Its so ridiculous and unprofessional.

Great Services, App needs work
I got the investment accounts for my kids last year and the service has been great so far. FaceID does not work and the app keeps signing me out or having errors/glitching.
Dont bother w App, use website
7/10 times when I tap the app icon to open the app, I get a white screen with chat box. Nothing else. The we site is much more functional. I am using the newest iPhone so its definitely not hardware related.
Buggy app
App freezes. I have to close and reopen for it to work. I have to enter my password every time even though I have already enabled Face ID

The app stalls on random screens. I have to close the app re launch, Face ID works 50% of the time logging in and then the app crashes and freezes again.
Login is clunky
Launch app. Shows option for Face ID login. But does not work. Have to click login link at bottom of homepage. Takes you to a blank white page. Have to swipe down to get the screen to refresh. Sometimes the login screen shows. Sometimes I have to refresh multiple times. After that I click the username I have to go to my passwords and search for the login info and then click to have it filled.
In summary the app shows you can login in with Face ID which should be a 1 click login. But to actually login it requires over 7 clicks and steps just to login.

Cannot re-apply!
I held off the physical exam due to being uncomfortable about someone coming into my home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, a few months later my application expired and my account was closed and I am unable to reapply. They do not give you the option to reapply.

Way too many restrictions. If you plan to use this tool for life insurance, make sure your young or middle aged. Never seen a

I used this app to make a Will. I have been putting off making a Will for a long time. This app was very easy to use and helped put my mine at ease.

What a time to be alive! Who would have thought that I as a nearing 40 yer old man, would be able to protect my family with a million dollars in life insurance and write a will for my wife and I.
