Unscrupulous marketing
The app looks helpful but unfortunately all the money traps to the ‘free trial’ that wasn’t free, caused me to feel hoodwinked and I lost trust. It was a web of money grabs and nowhere did it say after the free trial it would be $60+ until you go into settings to discover this. Shame on you. People who use this app are exactly the type of people who need upfront clarity about their purchase!

SCAM ALERT
When you are downloading these “systems” they charge your card!!!!! They are trying to make sneaky withdrawals from your account through fake approval buttons!! I don’t know how they thought of something sick like this for people who are already struggling like this to make you feel vulnerable and then betray you immediately after through trying to rob you out of your money. Sick affff!!!! Delete this off of the App Store apple!!!!! Should sue!

Scam
This is probably the greatest scam I’ve encountered in quite some time. I paid for a plan, $1.00, for it to tell me that I need to drink water!! Even more insane, I was signed up for no less than 10 apps costing about $100 per month. I had to go through and deactivate each individual subscription and delete each account in each app. Whoever built this seriously thinks very low of humans.

Surprised by predatory pricing
There’s a lot to like about this app. It has a great design vibe and clearly has a lot of intelligence and science behind it. My primary negative though is that it had a predatory pricing model where even though I knew I was signing up for a free trial of a plan that would normally be $20 a month – – and why don’t they just say $20 a month as opposed to 40 $40 for two months it seems tricky. But I at least understood that I also accepted trials of three other related apps that were offered to me directly within this app not realizing that they each cost another $40 a month so I had a bill of 150 if I let them all go past their trials so it’s the trying to sneak extra money out of the user that bothers me about this app. I also found it overwhelming and yet somehow is not much to do, but I can forgive some of those choices. I cannot forgive the sense that this was trying to get more money out of me just like any other app I’m happy to pay for what’s valuable, but I don’t wanna feel like I’m being tricked into paying.
