I reactivated my account after being injured for 8 months and can’t login and lam ocked out. I paid for my subscription. I emailed faction’s email address but it says that email has been deactivated. There is no way to contact them to resolve this. DO NOT BUT THIS APP!
Cant login and they keep charging me
They have been charging me $20 a month, but it says my account isn’t active. I can’t login, and I can’t seem to contact them about this without logging in

I created an account online and after downloading the app it will not let me in.
Can’t create account
I would love to give this app a review, but it says login with your email and password, but it doesn’t give you an option to create one if I’ve never done it so I can’t use it. (Edit) so you have to go to the faction Fitness website to sign up first, then you get to use the app…never had an app that worked this way, but maybe I don’t download enough apps. Looks great so far

The app isn’t live until Tuesday October 1. Once you pay for the subscription through the landing page, you will receive an email to create your username and password. Hope that helps! Can you please augment your review?

Sorry about the frustration. You can’t get into the app because you need to create an account through the landing page in my Instagram bio. Once you do so, you’ll be able to login.
Great App
One of the best apps for working out/lifting. If you’re still benching 225 at 200 lbs bw after 90 years of lifting I recommend downloading this app
