Tenía una póliza para 2 carros,y cada 6 meses subía su precio exageradamente y mi agente Titán me mentía diciéndome cada vez.Te estoy buscando una rebaja para que pagues menos,o en la renovación te mantenemos el mismo precio,nunca fue cierto.Ahora tengo otra aseguranza más económica y Estoy feliz.

Claim Issues!!!
I filed a claim and was told I would receive a phone call. Never received the call, it doesn’t show that I’ve filed a claim, I have a screenshot that shows the claim was “processed”
Thus far I’ve already had to come out of pocket to have both my tie rod ends on both sides of my vehicle replaced.
Absolutely no help was provided. Goodness what am I even paying insurance for

As good as the bigger companies
I’ve had this insurance and app for just over 2 weeks, but so far it’s been as good as State Farm and Progressive. No issues with the app and it’s super easy to access my insurance card and other account info. I also called customer service after hours and they answered right away to help me create my login (I was just skipping the 0 😅). And the rep was super nice and helpful. So, I would ignore the old reviews and just try it out for yourself. They definitely offered me a cheaper rate than the other 5 companies I compared it to.

My app keeps crashing when I need to see my ID cards or policy please fix this!!!!!!!
Horrible app
I keep this insurance because of the low cost but there are constant issues with the app. I’ve tried calling for two days and am placed on hold for an extended period of time. Several times I hear the line pick up and women speaking and then they put me back on hold again. I’ve had to hang up due to trying to call while working and on break. The customer service is horrible. App never works. I’ll be looking for a new insurance provider as soon as Christmas is over. Don’t sign up with them.

No permite hacer pagos
Antes de que la actualizaran funcionaba perfectamente, hacia mis pagos sin problema, pero con la ultimas dos actualizaciones no me permite hacer los pagos con mi tarjeta, me da muchas molestias tener que buscar un nuevo método de pago, deberían arreglar eso

I registering and it doesn’t accept my policy number or supposedly my zip code is wrong and can’t sign up. What a waste of time.

I don’t know what’s going on right now, I keep having to delete and re-download the app just to open it. When I try to open it (before I delete it) it doesn’t even open it force closes it self. I need to make my payment and I don’t have time to go to the office.
