I signed up for Fanatics because of a promo, which currently was a pretty generous amount of house money for just completing a $20 bet. Works well, easy to navigate, searching for specific teams/athletes/win conditions works well.
The error I ran into which almost wasted a $50 fan cash reward is that I set the daily bet limit to $10. As it turns out that $10 limit isn’t just limited to money in your account, but will throttle fan cash rewards as well, so it prevented me from using that $50 house money that was set to expire before I could change the limit back up to above $50. I contacted customer service and they added a new $50 bonus bet to a later date so problem solved and I’m grateful!

Used to win a decent amount on this site. As soon as I started to regularly deposit I haven’t won a thing. I’m at 30+ deposits totaling around $2500 all used on slot play. I haven’t won anything. I haven’t even gone above my deposit amount a single time. This seems statistically impossible and like they’re just taking my money. I don’t understand how you can expect anyone to continue to deposit with these odds.

What makes fanatics not the top option is the lack of boosts given. Almost every other Sportsbook gives out much better boosts than fanatics especially DraftKings.

Update: This issue has been resolved. Fanatics Support has been proactive to reach out and try to understand the issue. I’ve increased their stars because of their desire to understand the issue and rectify the problem is what customer service should be about. Their app takes a little getting used to, but I have been thoroughly impressed with their prompt customer support. My frustration resorted to writing this review before contacting their customer support and giving them a chance to look into the matter. I have been humbled and thankful to Fanatics for assisting me with my issue.
