One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Almost impossible to sign in and book an appointment. Deleted. It’s much easier to just call the salon
Unable to pullup my stylist. App’s not very easy to use.

I use the app to book an appointment when I am logged in then it asks me to log in. After I book no record of appointment in the app
Cannot select correct location
The app defaulted my location to a Fantastic Sams I do not go to. I cannot find a way to delete this location or add the location I do go to. This app is useless.

I hadn’t logged in for a while so I had to change my password. A code was sent to my email.
I entered the code changed the password, logged in again, and for some reason or another again. I started to schedule an appointment so I had to paste in my password again, but this time it didn’t recognize the password so I deleted the app and I remembered why I called to make appointment every other time.

Worst App, Getting Worse
The app was never great, now it has no purpose at all. You can’t schedule appointments and it doesn’t track your loyalty. I love my server but Fantastic doesn’t care about their customers or staff
Worthless
The whole point of a check in online is to know how long I will have to wait. Why cant this app show wait times BEFORE checking in? Its absolutely useless. Also why cant I cancel my spot once in line? Ill stick with Great Clips, at least their app works better.
App is not user friendly.
This app needs an overhaul. It required me to login three different times to book an appointment. It’s like it runs to its website to do each task, requiring a login each time. Do better.

Making an appointment should be easy, clear and concise. Now I have to select “Family Booking” and trick the app into scheduling an appointment for “just me” … what a mess
This app is useless
I have been a Fantastic Sam’s customer for 6 years and used the previous app to book all my appointments and my sisters appointments. It was great. This new version is totally useless. YOU CANNOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT! There is absolutely no way to schedule , no add button, no calendar, no list of stylist to choose from. It’s a total disaster. You cannot interact with this app. It’s only pictures. What a waste!

I had a very knowledgeable hair stylist, Claudia who did a retouch on my hair. I am very pleased with her and the product she used to color my hair! My hair did not stink of cheep hair color and feels very soft! Thank you Claudia!!

Suddenly I can’t make appointments or see who’s working. Waste of time app.
