Overall Review - I’ve been with Farmers now for about 5 years and the service and rates have been night and day compared to other places. They make it so easy for me to get to what I need on their app. They call me if they need me to approve something or discuss something new but normal yearly business is done via text and email, which is the way I prefer it. They are amazing. Great people. Great prices. They’re there when you need them. They make life easy. What more could you ask for?

I Cannot Update My App
Updating the app to pink is a hard no. I would rather switch my insurance than have this color scheme.
I pay a premium because my local agent is amazing but having a insurance company that reminds me of candy store or an app game, has me rethinking and my insurance options.
This is as bad a branding shift as UPS saying ‘what can brown do for you’

Ugliest app color ever.
Options to change color of app button icon and pages
I don’t like the color scheme of pink. Would like an option to change color

Go back to blue icon and wallpaper. Or let us choose it. Pink looks stupid. I'm a guy, I don't want a pink app icon or wallpaper. GO BACK TO BLUE. Or again, let us choose blue. This is so stupid. Makes zero sense.
