New promos 👎
Haaaaaaaate the new promos where you have to do 8 orders to be able to make $165. Please go back to the old way per order. there’s no way to complete all 18 deliveries for promos in less than 12hrs. I actually love favor and this makes me not look forward to promos feels like a regular week day. Wish I could say worse but I love yall.

Low pay and scammers galore
Favor started out great just like all the other shopping apps, but as quickly turned into the worst. Base pay is only two dollars and they don’t provide mileage pay, heavy pay, or increased pay for multiple items. So you can be shopping 200 items going 20 miles and Favor still only pays two dollars. There’s also multiple scammers at stores during multiple times doing multiple batches. Photographic proof with name details has been sent to Favor to report these issues, but the scammer still stay doing multiple orders at a time. They will shop one order then park the shopping cart near the bathroom and then do another order. The H-E-B employees are aware and say there’s nothing that they can do. Favor has the opportunity to be a great app, but like all the other companies seems to choose profits over its drivers.

Pay
Yall expect the runners to shop and deliver and the items and the pay is low ball. For example a $18.90 delivery and shopping for over a 100 items isn’t fair and with the gas price and our time should be more than that. Then you get penalized for refusing a delivery due to the fact of low pay.

The wait is crazy I can run for you guys but then I have to wait the first time to get my money out 48 hours … ? That needs to change
Better than other driver apps
I drive for a few companies and the Runner app is the most informative to the driver. In the H-E-B shopping experience, it gives you the row and the shelf making it very efficient and very fast.
An Exploitative System
Driving for Favor often feels exploitative. Drivers are treated with little dignity or respect, support is extremely limited, communication is poor, and the app itself is unreliable and frequently plagued by glitches.
Great app, lots of improvement made since started as a runner.
Flexibility, good money, amazing tech support and a very easy to use app.
Annoying
Have a red notification on even long after ive read messages. It’s distracting and annoying being inaccurate. Please address. Thank you.
I’m also not a fan of being penalized for lazy people and I’m held accountable when something is out of stock. That’s ridiculous. So I will not care about any of those metrics nor will I strive to be an elite runner because I’m not into those kinds of shenanigans and games. Pfft.

Pfp and name
I do not like the new update and the fact that we can’t change our pfp or name. No privacy what so ever. Please make the new update able to retake the photo and change the name this sucks.
Runner is the best
This is by far the best app. It beats all of them out there for extra income
Disappointing
Extremely disappointing experience. Due to ongoing technical issues with the app, I was never able to work properly or earn income. I reported the problem multiple times, contacted support, sent emails, and even provided videos showing exactly what was happening. Despite waiting for over a month, the issue was never resolved.
I wasted countless hours trying to get help and lost work opportunities and income because of a problem with their platform. Support failed to provide an effective solution, and in the end, I was never able to work. I would not recommend this platform to anyone looking for a reliable way to earn money.

Distance:Time:Quality of life
Not one gig delivery app company pays us for distance or time spent going that distance nor do they pay us for actually shopping for the order, I’ve had to cut all my deliveries to a 5-7 mile radius from the store that’s shopped, factor in traffic/heat, 3-4 mile radius 230p-7p, mostly due to gas but the fact that they don’t GAF literally makes me sick to my stomach, they are all extremely wealthy bcuz of us and they can’t take the time to tell their logistics dept to make sure orders go to the store closest to the drop location (unless it’s closed) has to be an awful, horrible, ugly person !!! OUR TRAFFIC + HEAT, AINT NO PUNK, I need to be paid for 5 miles taking 20 minutes and that’s on a good day !! I’ll save the rest for another review but BE THE CHANGE HEB, show your drivers some TLC , some people think we get the fee money or get paid a certain rate, NOPE, it’s all RANDOM !!!
