Verification buggy
Verifying documents is so buggy, their camera system only takes blurry pictures and you have to keep taking them several times before any success. Once verified they send you promotional codes leading to bikes which are very old, damaged and dangerous. The customer service wait time is awful, most of the positive reviews are more than likely fake. I’m now using Check and they are fantastic.

Je n’ai appris à mes dépends : un pack est ci statue de minutes de location alors q’un pass est un décompte en temps réel dès l’achat 🤯
En bref vous prenez un pass 4h, il commence dès l’achat et s’arrête 4h plus tard, que vous rouliez où non… ARNAQUE !!
L’appli ne donne pas la réelle autonomie des scooters :
57km affiché : 13% en réel une fois le scooter loué…

I was charged €10.40 by Felyx even though I had already paid that amount. I sent them photo proof to show that the payment had been made, but instead of resolving the issue, they are now threatening me with a debt collector! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I tried to do the right thing by providing evidence, and now I’m being treated like a criminal. Avoid this company if you don’t want to deal with unjust charges and threats!

Liars
They offer you a discount for new users and then they charge you a different amount, not even applying the initial discount they offer initially. Not even helping in the process of claiming this. I won’t use it anymore , not recommended 👎🏼

As a sharing user I really love the new app version of Felyx. Very clean design and intuitive features. Service in general is also very good, available in many cities

Inscannen rijbewijs lukt niet, er gebeurt helemaal niets.
Daarnaast word ik tijdens het registratieproces, voor zover het al werkt, gestoord door andere pop-ups van informatie die op dat moment helemaal niet relevant zijn.

Kaart loopt vast
Hey kameraden, de app kaart blijft nogal hard haperen, eigenlijk de hele app. Das ni zo handig. Ook kan je de brommers op niet zo veel plaatsen inleveren. Wel heel blij dat ze terug in de stad zijn!
Don't deposit when buying pass / Support ignoring
I wanted to buy unlimited pass and made a deposit for this. However, when you activate unlimited pass, its price is charged from your card, but not from your Felyx account. I wrote to support asking to return my deposit, as I want to use passes, not minutes so my deposit was a mistake. But there were no answer from support (while autoreply said like your inquiry is accepted - wait for the answer). I wrote 3 times - no actions. They even don't say "no" - that's just ignorance.

Slower after update
Application works slower, slider glitches, error always pops up asking if helmets are in, even if storage box is closed tight, slower processes end of trip while still counting time. Previous app was faster and easier imo
New app is disgusting
The new app is absolutely disgusting. They provide no longer customer support apparently. Also, they have removed the 2cents per minute while pausing for Amsterdam residents without informing the users about it.
Absolute mess. They just lost a user who spent around 100€ a month with them. Good luck with the new strategy…

Be careful SCAM!!! They charge you several times of 20€ after several months without use, making people believe that these are fines when chronologically it is impossible, they are thieves

the majority of motorbikes are broken but still active in the app, i’ve had some very dangerous drives on these motorbikes, with one in particular the back wheel started moving while driving, almost causing an accident, and i also payed 5 euros for that

Bei Registrierung sollten 10 Freiminuten an die Nutzer gegeben werden. Diese werden euch NICHT automatisch gutgeschrieebn. Es erfolgt nach einem langwierigen und unangenehmen Chat mit dem Support, welcher kein deutsch kann und auch nicht bereit ist, zu helfen. Somit müsst ihr mehr bezahlen, als ihr eigentlich solltet.

Worst customer support ever
I started a ride with a 11% battery.
After a while the battery got down to 8%. I noticed I was out of the parking area and started heading towards it as I noticed I would not be able to make it where I planned with the remaining battery.
The battery then went down from 8% to 1% in an instant. And finally to 0% and I was still out of the parking area.
I could thus not move the scooter anymore and contacted support for help.
This is what I received as an answer from Jordan from support : “you took the scooter at low level battery, what did you expect”. And then he ended the chat support. Not possible to contact them anymore. 😡
What kind of a support is that? Worst ever. Outrageous. No compassion at all, no proposition for help other than pushing the scooter by hand for 2 km on a hill.
AVOID AT ALL COST.
