Overly Charged
I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience with Figure Hut. I feel like I was overcharged and was not given a clear explanation of the charges. I expected better customer service and transparency, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I understand that businesses have policies and fees, but customers should be made fully aware of what they are being charged for before agreeing to anything.
Unfortunately, I left feeling like I paid way more than I should have, and that really changed my opinion of the business. I hope Figure Hut takes customer concerns like mine seriously and does a better job being upfront about pricing and charges.

Not working
I been trying to log into my account and I can’t I changed the password twice and still nothing the Face ID doesn’t work I haven’t been able to log into for a while now that happened all of a sudden
Scam Behavior
Fix your app, seems like a lot of us are being locked out of our accounts, can access it on the web and when you call, you’re on hold forever
Can’t even make a payment
The app is just broken. I can’t even make a payment. It just gives me an empty pop up and shuts down.

Don’t use this app they will lock you out of your account even when you owe them money then call you non stop expecting you to pay and it will occur more debt don’t use these scammers
Shopping removed?
I don’t understand why the shopping has been removed from the mobile app.
Does that mean shopping is now closed? We just go about paying our account balance off and it’s closed?

I give Fingerhut 5stars but give the app 1star. I can’t access it . I keep getting an error message after it’s done buffering right when I open the app.
I like Fingerhut cause it has so many different things that you can get payment arrangements on to pay. Also helps with your credit which is nice as well.
When calling and talking to the representative they are polite and helpful. But I WISH the app would work!!

Everything is overpriced
This company is horrible the sell you everything up too 5x the price stay away from them not worth it at all look at there prices first plus for no apparent reason they close your account

Unable to access account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the email I received says to update the application but am unable to so I don’t know how to pay my account
I’m not happy
Trying to get into my finger head account can’t get into it. Everything screwed up trying to call the number that was on the outside of the app. If you need to contact them well it’s naturally it’s not a real person. So they can’t understand what you’re saying they don’t know what you want. All I want to do is talk to somebody so I can get some information so I could send my payments in that. I can’t get into the app to pay. everything is screwed up well they want the 10 digit customer number. Well if I could get in there, I could give it to you, but I can’t get into the app. What in the heck am I supposed to do now? Can’t find the phone number other than the one number and I can’t get any info cause I can’t talk to nobody because they one information that I can’t get. I wanna make my payments but I can’t.

Stay away!
Selection is not the best. All items are almost 2x the actual price. App never works well, you end up with late fees bc the app is down. Yet someone will call for a payment and late fee. Doo better finger hunt
You can't shop on it anymore
I used to pay my bills, but I also was able to go on there and shop or look for stuff to purchase you can't do that anymore. It just shows you your statement and you can only make a payment. So how do you do the shopping on Fingerhut?
Why am I forced to download iTunes?
Being forced to download a app does not make me feel comfortable using this app. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Ruining my credit
Fingerhut removed my account from credit report. I have tried numerous times to contact Fingerhut about this, and have been told they cannot help me… I have emailed and no response. I have always paid on time, even ahead of time. The customer service is horrible. How are there no employees at Fingerhut that can tell me why my account was removed?

Please fix yall app, I deleted it and reinstalled and I still can’t sign in. I enter my email and password and it takes me right back to the login screen, I just want to pay my bill
