I can’t even sign in

So in order for me to sign in the app you have to receive a text code for confirmation, the code NEVER COMES… how am I supposed to sign in… I can sign in on the browser no problem because I use the email option. Super annoying!!!

I’ve tried numerous times to checkout online and says they can’t find my loan? I have the app and loan/application number. But when I try verify at checkout, nothing. I don’t recommend. Just will go to the next competitor.

When you go to the bottom of the screen and click my account to see your lease, the screen goes completely blank. You just see white then end up having to click off the app and check on it on safari or chrome. Sometimes it’ll open up but most of the time, it gives you nothing. If
